You can change that. Go to User CP > Edit Options and scroll down to Date & Time Options.

I think the signature thing can be fixed by an Admin adjusting the permissions so that everyone can use [IMG] to get images into their sigs.

Go to the top toolbar and click User CP
Then go to the left and click options
Then scroll down and there is a Time Zone Scroll bar
Click the bar and find your Time Zone. (Right now it is set on like Japan Time or something like that)

Quick reply, User CP, the ability to ignore posts by certain people, the only problem with the sigs is that the IMG Code feature has to be turned on*. And there will probably be multiple skin choices.

How do you view the rep given to you by others?
Go to user CP and scroll all the way down, you'll see what comments got you reps, but you wont know the user unless they told you in the comment box when you give someone reps, and you dont know who gave the other poster his reps unless you gave him rep or you have mod powers (I am guessing), so really you dont know who gave you reps unless they tell you and even then they might be lying.

I hope this can get addressed:

Whenever I'm making a post and I want to bolden, italicize, underline, link a URL or image, change the font size/color, or quote something, I have to do it manually. Pretty annoying.

Can this be fixed?


go to your settings and click the option with the larger editing toolbar

It's an easy process:

1. Go to Tools
2. Go to Options
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Click on "General"
5. Check "Spell my spelling as I type"
6. Done

By the way, is there any way to change the quoting system? I've been on a lot of boards, and I liked NFLDC's the most, since it quotes all of the quotes (that came out a bit awkwardly).

When I hit go advanced from quick reply and it gives the preview, it shows my old gears of war sig. Not really a problem but its kinda weird. maybe the sig you had during the switch is burned to you forever!!!!

Me too . . . I got my old sig back temporarily . . . it's saved on my other computer, and haven't got it back yet.

I really am not sure about this. I never had a problem once logging in with the old forum no matter how many pages I went back. It is probably something that my web browser is doing wrong rather then the site I am just now realizing.

I know you don't use macs, but do you know anything I might be able to do?

I have an issue with the way the forum does quotes. I tried to quote a message in a post, and it wouldn't include the "quote of a quote" with it. I had to go back and multi-quote it. Mildly inconvenient, but it would be nice if we could quote all prior posts, including their quotes...

yes but sometimes looking back at previous quotes is kinda important even though those massive quotes are frustrating and casue headaches

i don't know enough about safari, unfortunately...

does it work with firefox? rumor has it safari is about the worst option these days for browsing on a mac.

just wanted to point out if you go back into older threads the multi-quote is still there so obviously it is possible to code it somehow.

there's a multi-quote button right next to the quote button. it says multi-qupote if you hover on it and it has a "+ image on it.

can i suggest that, in the future, rather than not finding something in the exact same place it used to be, people spend 20 ******s trying to find it before they complain about it not-existing?
