We got him! I'm pretty excited about this signing. I like the way our linebacking corps is shaping up with D.J. Niko and now Boss.

Don't get too excited about Boss. He can't tackle.

Boss is fine, I guess. Even though, I'd rather have Lance Briggs at 6 mil/yr.
But, why is everybody on Niko Koutouvides' nuts? The guy is a career backup..

Either could Ian Gold.
Boss is a Taller Version of him Gold (5'11) Boss ( 6'3 )
Maybe playing with his brother again will spark him into being a solid starter for us.

I sure hope so, but we don't have much luck when it comes to this kind of thing. If Phillips is off the board, and no OT makes sense, I would love to see us nab a LB at 12, someone like Rivers or even Connor.

Anyone is an upgrade over Gold.
IMO when you consider the lucrative contracts these days, Koutouvides is worth every penny.
