wow man talk about the jets absolutely winning on that trade, talking about getting four possible studs.

new orleans has a great draft, improves their secondary dramatically

i like jenkins for the pats, okay pick

love the wheeler pick in the second round

Love the Vikings first round pick. However now that we signed Bernard Berrian I don't see a WR in round 2.

Probably the best available for the Lions there in Round 1.. but in Round 2... we don't need an OLB as much as we need a MLB, Jerod Mayo would be the best pick there.. Either him or Brandon Flowers.

Bad Chargers pick, especially since Phillips and Smith are still available. Laws would be a terrible fit at NT and we don't need a DE. DB is the most pressing need on the team and the two best fits in the draft are on the board.

I swear Jerry Jones would need to be dubbed the stupidest **** in the planet if he trades Marion Barber to get to McFadden.

Jake Long AND Branden Albert? Yes please.

Good 1st for Baltimore & Houston. Give us Kenny Phillips or Aqib Talib in Round 2.

I cant see them trading 2 firsts and barber to get to number 6. Steep price.

On the Broncos pick: I think clady is a decent pick, but I've seen a lot of buzz about being a possible bust. But I'm sure he will be the pick if he is there. Also I guess connor in the 2nd is a major steal, despite not being a huge need. But he would really make that LB core impressive.

60) Indianapolis Colts- Reggie Smith, S, Oklahoma

Why? The Colts have 2 Pro Bowl safeties on their roster, why do they need more talent there? Dre Moore there maybe.

Horrible skins pick, give us Limas Sweed

Yatta!
03-08-2008, 05:59 AM
Would much rather have Talib than Cason to Green Bay in the first, but I love Martellus Bennett at the bottom of the second, he s my favourite TE.

Also I think Dallas got ripped off in that trade, according to the trade value chart:
#6= 1,600
#22= 780, #27=660 Together=1,440
Therefore Barber is apparently worth 160 points, which is equivalent to a low 3rd.

Great Bills draft (Kelly and Talib)
I like Sweed a little more than Kelly, but I'd be very happy with Kelly and Talib.

It wouldn't make sense for us to take Avril after we just took Chris Long, both play the same position. Give us Reggie Smith there instead.

I highly doubt the Raiders go DT in round one. In that situation with Gholston off the board the likely selection would be Jake Long with McFadden always a possibility. Decent second round value pick.

Horrible pick for the Colts. They dont need anymore safeties. They have arguably the best safety tandem in the league with Sanders and Bethea. Give them the 2nd best OG out there in USC's Chilo Rachal. Offense needs to get younger anyways since we have plenty of young guys on D. The only guys on D I see them possibly taking early are D linemen.

bad chargers pick. both smith and phillips are still available.

Horrible skins pick, give us Limas Sweed

i agree, I mean, i don't think the redskins should address their huge need at DE at all...

Love the GIants 2nd rounder. Porter in round 2 would be incredible. I'm not sold on Lofton, or a LB in round 1 for the Giants, but Lofton is a nice pick

awful skins draft. calais stock has probably dropped out of the first with his combine performance. fat, overweight, slow, poor work ethic. and manningham makes zero sense. we already have to short, fast, playmaker wrs better than manningham. if anything we need a possession wr and to be honest we will probably get one before the draft.

BaLLiN
03-09-2008, 08:31 AM
Well if one of those safeties are there (kenny Phillips or Reggie smith) im pretty sure the giants would take one of them in the first. But if this happens id be okay, still think we'd take a safety in the first two rounds.

I'd say Mendenhall offers more value than Otah, but that's personal... I agree with round 2 it should be Mayo or Flowers.

The Eagles do need a WR but Jackson will not be the pick. Sweed would be the better option her, and Kenny Phillips would be the best, but for the sake of you mock, I will say the Eagles should take Sweed. In the second round, I would change the Eaglews pick to Reggie Smith, as Safety is one of our biggest needs.

Thomas to TB in round one is possible. Mayo in round 2 isn't. They drafted 2 LB's last year, just signed 2 for depth, and have their 3 starters coming back. No way they go LB.

G-Men88
03-10-2008, 04:09 PM
I'd be ok with this draft, but not if we have to pass on Reggie Smith and Kenny Phillips to get it. Saftey is by far our biggest need

I would prefer Manningham in the 2nd
