i can live with that packers draft, except we probably wont pass on kenny phillips, but your a Giants fan so i can understand

03-09-2008, 09:12 PM
Haha. Very funny but with Atogwe and Collins, I think you guys are set at safety and with Woodson and Harris getting up there in years and age, I think a young, physical corner is just what you guys need.

03-09-2008, 09:14 PM
Good Giants draft

03-09-2008, 09:14 PM
Haha. Very funny but with Atogwe and Collins, I think you guys are set at safety and with Woodson and Harris getting up there in years and age, I think a young, physical corner is just what you guys need.
Bigby, COllins and Rouse are the future at S. I didnt even know we had Atogwe. but phillips is a cant miss prospect.

03-09-2008, 09:18 PM
wow. my bad on that. i thought of safety on the packers, those dreads came to mind and i thought atogwe. that's what i meant. bigby, collins and rouse. you're set at safety. you are right.

03-09-2008, 09:19 PM
I would love to get Erin Henderson but Anthony Collins OT Kansas would be a better pick for the Vikings in the second round.

03-09-2008, 09:21 PM
What did you do that on a type-writer? Real good bears mock.

03-09-2008, 09:25 PM
Pretty good Bengals draft. I'd prefer getting a second D-lineman in Rd 2 and then go for the TE in Rd 3 but I like the choices.

03-09-2008, 09:26 PM
love the packers pick, but i think we would not pass on Phillips also. But otherwise i loved the draft. it was also a little hard to read, but maybe my eyes are going

03-09-2008, 09:27 PM
I think I love you....

awesome Jags picks...

03-09-2008, 09:28 PM
Cincinnati with Ellis, Keller, DeCoud, and Bell. Not bad at all, Ellis would be excellent and Keller would definitely help, though Martellus Bennett or Jermichael Finley may be the better fit as they are taller targets (which is, I believe, what the Bengals are seeking.) I'd gladly take Keller though. DeCoud probably wouldn't help much with Ndukwe at SS and Marvin White at FS, both drafted last year and played well. It's more likely the Bengals target a veteran Safety in FA to provide insurance. Bell works there I suppose, though I think it's more likely that if we do address OLB, it's early (2nd Round most likely.)

Overall, not bad.

03-09-2008, 09:29 PM
so far everyone has liked your mock, needless to say i am somewhat impressed

03-09-2008, 09:29 PM
not a big fan of the patriots draft. only picks i like are tony hills and lehman from illinois

03-09-2008, 09:35 PM
As we all know, it's very hard to please everyone here but someones gotta do it :)

15. Mendenhall
Toss up between him and Harvey for him. Ok pick.

46. Dan Connor
Excellent pick. Good job.

77. Chevis Jackson
We actually have more pressing needs then CB now. This pick would have been great a week ago, but now RT,DE,MLB,DT,RB pass CB.

88. Martin Rucker
We have six TE's under contract I believe or pretty damn close. Gaines, Campbell, Fitzsimmons, McHugh, Owens, and I think I'm forgetting someone. More pressing needs.

Lion's main needs now are DE, RT, MLB, RB. Not nessecarily in that order but still.

03-09-2008, 10:04 PM
Owww my eyes....

Devin Thomas. Nice.

Harrison. Solid, but I like Moore a good bit better.

Mayo. One of my favorite prospects in the draft, but we don't need any linebackers. Jeremy Thomspon would be a solid pick there.

Johnson. We have 8251208965 QBs, but I still want him. Really unrealistic though.

03-09-2008, 10:08 PM
good draft for the vikings

03-09-2008, 10:31 PM
Rachal is about the worst pick for the Colts. Where did their 3rd rounder go? Okam is an okay pick, but not great.

03-09-2008, 10:45 PM
1) good pick
2a) good pick
2b) good pick
3) WE HAVE ZERO NEED FOR A WR!!! We get LB Jerod Mayo here.
4) good pick

03-09-2008, 11:25 PM
I like the 49ers' draft a lot. Quentin Groves would be a great 1st round pick for us, and the others fill good needs. I'm starting to feel as though Hardy might not be the best WR for Martz's scheme though. If I were going to make an adjustment, I'd take Trevor Laws in the second round and Dexter Jackson in the 3rd. Rounds 1 and 4 can stay the same from an SF perspective.

I love the Vikings draft. Best I have seen in a while. + rep

03-10-2008, 05:55 AM
17. Minnesota Vikings- Derrick Harvey, DE, Florida
YES ! :D

48. Minnesota Vikings- Erin Henderson, OLB, Maryland
We do not have a huge need or anything at LB. I think we might take him if he is BPA, but if not my pick would be a DT. Pat is getting old.

74. Minnesota Vikings (via DEN)- Duane Brown, OT, Virginia Tech Nice pick!

83. Minnesota Vikings- Jerome Simpson, WR, Coastal Carolina Nice pick!

112. Minnesota Vikings- Jermichael Finley, TE, Texas I would rather have Josh Johnson or Frank Okam with this pick. Specially since Pat is getting old and we soon need a new run stuffer. Josh would be a nice prospect and if Jackson does not develop in to a starter Josh would be ready.

Overall I would love this draft! + Rep!

Pretty good except for McKelvin. Would prefer Jenkins/Talib if you HAD to go CB, but would prefer Keith Rivers.

03-10-2008, 06:41 AM
good SD draft so far. both needs addressed

03-10-2008, 07:19 AM
Not a big fan of the Eagles mock, but the rest seems really good, and everyone else likes it, so it can't be too bad. The Eagles do not need a LB in the first round, I would go with a WR or Kenny Phillips here. Manningham is an OK pick, but I am not a fan of his. Barrett is also an OK pick but I'm not a fan of his. Yes the Eagles need a FB and though I like your pick, I don't want to take a FB that early.

03-10-2008, 08:03 AM
5. Kansas City Chiefs- Ryan Clady, OT, Boise St.

would rather take Sedric Ellis. In no way is Clady worht a 5th overall selection

36. Kansas City Chiefs- Antoine Cason, CB, Arizona

Would rather take Anthony Collins since we'[d have taken Ellis in RD 1

67. Kansas City Chiefs- Roy Schuening, OG, Oregon St.

Good pick

99. Kansas City Chiefs- Adarius Bowman, WR, Oklahoma St.

Solid pick

Overall not bad but a few chancges

03-10-2008, 12:28 PM
You seem to have forgotten the Colt's 3rd round pick. They pick in Chicago's spot in the 3rd so they will gladly take RB Matt Forte there. I LOVE the pick of OG Chilo Rachal in the 2nd. They need a very talented young guard. Then getting a DT like Okam in the 4th makes this draft absolutely PERFECT to me.

03-10-2008, 12:32 PM
Rachal is about the worst pick for the Colts. Where did their 3rd rounder go? Okam is an okay pick, but not great.

Are you kidding me? Chilo Rachal is the PERFECT pick and would be a steal at the end of round 2. OL in probably our biggest need along with DL. Getting a young talent at guard gives Peyton more time to throw and Addai more holes to run through. Along with Branden Albert, Rachal is in a class above the other OGs.

really like the 2nd and 4th round picks. But I'm not a huge D-jax fan and I dont want Denver to pull a ginn pick and grab him at 12. If we go reciever in first, I really hope it is Malcom Kelly. I watch every sooner game I can and he is a beast.

03-10-2008, 01:38 PM
I wouldve prefferred Earl Bennett over Doucet in the second but still not too bad.

03-10-2008, 01:40 PM
Bad 1st rounder for the eagles but the rest are ok.

03-10-2008, 02:34 PM
Thats how i want the Raiders draft to be. All the main needs were adressed.

03-10-2008, 02:54 PM
Very Good giants draft

03-10-2008, 03:05 PM
As much as I don't want to draft Jake Long in round 1, I could easily live with that draft for the Rams. Imagine the Rams o-line. Pace, Bell, Goldberg, Long, Barron. Incongnito as a backup... WOW!

IF, Campbell fell to us in the 2nd round, that would more than make up for drafting Jake Long in the first. It would give us a solid DE which we are severally shallow at after dropping James Hall.

I don't know much about Adibi, but OLB is certainly a position we could use depth.

In the fourth round, grabbing a WR is a must. Releasing Bruce really has created a hole at receiver. Once a position of great depth (McDonald, Furrey, Curtis) is now not nearly as strong. Holt and Bennett will start, but getting a rookie is a must!

Excellent Rams draft. I could see us grabbing 2 DE's in the first 4 rounds however. Other than Little, we have no one worthy of starting. The other option would be to grab a tackle and move Carriker back out to end.

03-10-2008, 03:22 PM
Good Bills mock. Chevis Jackson is the ideal cover-2 CB and I'd prefer him over Thomas. Good work though.

03-10-2008, 06:22 PM
No way Hardy falls past the jets in the second round. If hes there the jets WILL take him. They need a safety blanket for Clemens, and a tall receiver would do the trick. That's the pick for the jets. The only other option would maybe be Lofton, but I'd bank on Hardy.

03-10-2008, 06:25 PM
Very nice Miami draft.

03-10-2008, 06:28 PM
By far one of the best Jets mocks I've seen. That would be perfect for us. Personally I am hoping we trade down so we can also get a day 1 OL to eventually replace Woody/Faneca but if we don't trade down this would be great.

03-10-2008, 06:29 PM

If Reggie Smith makes it out of the 1st round and past 5 other picks in the 2nd the Jets would be dumb not to pick him. CB is one of our needs, and we aren't exactly strong at S and he has the versatility to play either spot.

03-10-2008, 06:33 PM
Oaklands Draft
1.bad.RB isnt a need.DE is though.Gholstons the pick here.
4.Dont think hes a LT.Which is what we need.
