I will try to do a round 3 when I have time. Open to criticism, but try to provide a valid reason. I like to learn more about other teams needs or how you think your coach would approach a pick in this draft

Man I dont see him being there at 10 but if so I like the pick alot for the Saints..

03-17-2008, 05:02 PM
No way Rivers falls to the second

Devin Thomas to the Vikings? That is even worse then Desean Jackson. We had no need for a first round WR before we signed Berrian. Groves would be our pick, not Thomas. If you are going to make crazy mocks then at least give explanations.

03-17-2008, 05:10 PM
I'd be shocked if Jamie Silva was drafted. You've got him in the 2nd Round. Hell of a football player, but not much of a prospect. More of a 6th Round-UDFA pick, will help a team out on Special Teams, but will offer next to nothing on defense.

03-17-2008, 05:11 PM
The Vikings don't need a Round 1 WR they probably won't even draft a WR in the first 3 rounds this year now that they signed Bernard Berrian. Phillip Merling would be the best pick at #17. That would make Jason Jones in the 2nd irrelevant which was a reach to begin with. A TE such as Martellus Bennet would be a good 2nd round pick

03-17-2008, 05:12 PM
I doubt the Giants will draft Connor instead of Rivers if there both there which they wont be

03-17-2008, 05:13 PM
Id rather have Chris Williams in round 1 and if Albert is there in the 2nd I grap him still.

03-17-2008, 05:19 PM
yeah no way the bears pick brohm in the first. he very well could be there in the 2nd.

03-17-2008, 05:33 PM
Rivers will not pass out of 15

03-17-2008, 05:33 PM
I would not take morgan over Otah, Rivers, Cherilus, and above all Reggie Smith for the bolts...

03-17-2008, 05:41 PM
awful mock and god awful giants picks....

03-17-2008, 07:15 PM
I like the first round pick for the Eagles a lot. It is the best one in this situation. But in the second round, I would change it to OT or S.

03-17-2008, 07:21 PM
Cason to the Packers is a good pick. But the second round is all wrong. We're not gonna draft two CBs in a row and there is absolutely no need for a WR at any point in the draft, let alone in the 2nd. Even his kick returning abilities are not needed and it would be a massive reach anyway.

Better picks would be LB Erin Henderson and TE Dustin Keller. Both guys are sure fire 2nd rounders in my view but don't feature in this mock at all.

Good 1st for Baltimore & Houston. It's an okay 2nd for Baltimore, BUT if we take a Tackle and Jeff Otah is still there, I think we snub him very quickly.

03-17-2008, 09:23 PM
If Otah or Albert fell to KC in RD 2 we'd take one of them

03-18-2008, 05:28 AM
I would Take Chris Williams or the vikings there! WR is not a need.

03-18-2008, 02:32 PM
Not crazy about the Avery pick, but I would absolutely love to get Keith Rivers and Chris Long with our first 2 picks, that would be like a dream scenario for me!

03-18-2008, 03:23 PM
Tyrell Johnson is not a first round talent...I don't care how weak the safety class is...

03-18-2008, 03:44 PM
Too early for Ellis in the second IMO. I'd much rather have Calais Campbell if he fell to us in the second.

03-18-2008, 03:50 PM
i love the pats picks, but i highly doubt they pass on gholston if he falls

03-18-2008, 04:30 PM
Terrible Mock. No way Rivers falls that far especially past the packers. This mock is just ugly to say the least.

Cason is an ok pick for the packers, 1st 2nd rounder doesn't work since we already took a CB in the first, and WTF Eddie Royal. Why in the hell would we reach for a WR/KR when we don't even need either. Horrendous Pick.

03-18-2008, 05:04 PM
i don't think the bears will draft brohm in the first round because he could be left in the second round and i think they would be better off taking a olineman in the first round so i would just switch the bears first and second picks. but the rest is okay.

03-18-2008, 05:35 PM
Giants mock is basically

Dan Connor - I want to piss off all the giants fans here

Jaimie Silvia - oh now they think Connor is okay, so maybe i should give them a bag of poo to piss them off further

03-18-2008, 07:32 PM
I would not take morgan over Otah, Rivers, Cherilus, and above all Reggie Smith for the bolts...

word. reflects my thoughts .

03-23-2008, 07:57 PM
love the two patriots picks.... but i think the pats would trade down a few spots in order to nab talib

03-23-2008, 09:21 PM
If Otah or Albert fell to KC in RD 2 we'd take one of them

He's absolutely right. I don't see Otah or Albert getting out of round one, but regardless of who we draft in the first, we'd nab one of those up, even if we did take Clady 5th overall.
