Tell him to work out so I know what position to project him to and I'll write up his report. :)

Screw that, Cory Boyd will be one of the biggest steals in the NFL. Ball security issues? He fumbled like maybe 5 times his whole 4 year career. Not shifty? Watch the dang Georgia game where he causes TWO Georgia defenders to bow down and worship him.

It's okay though Scott, it gives the Cowboys a chance to take yet another underrated back and watch him become a star.

Point in short is I disagree entirely.

I agree.

Plus he did this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=U9W1h08tBdc&feature=related

I see a lot of "shifty".

I like Boyd a great deal, and think he brings a definite bonus as very capable receiver as a bigger back he is, but come on he's not that shifty. He's a good runner though, does a solid job making a guy miss here and breaking a tackle there. Solid back, good pick to make in the mid-rounds.

Might I request a Jeremy Thompson (Wake Forest DE) scouting report, Chief?

I think Jalen Parmele is going to be quite a surprise. Another Toledo Rocket in Chester Taylor comes to mind.

Like the reports again Scott.

Read the Notes section in Kenneth Moore's scouting report...does that not sound like a valuable prospect to you? The guy does a ton of things well and his only glaring weakness is blocking. You pretty much said it yourself, so now move him up even further in your rankings (Lance Leggett dropping would be a start).

Overall your WR rankings are great. 68 players and I have very little to disagree with in how you rank them.

I second the Jeremy Thompson scouting report!

sorry about hassling you, and you are absolutely correct. I was never really sold on him being a corner, even before the rumors of him having a bad 40 time. FS would probably be the best position for him IMO.

^ you don't think Smith could play Cover 2 corner, even if the late 4.5-4.6 rumors are true? Smith didn't impress me in run support like Flowers did, but his tackling production is very impressive for a corner, especially on a talented defense like OU.

How did he only muster one td this past season at his size? A little more production might of bought him a flier as a late rd draft pick but I doubt it now.

Scott, Im confused about something.

You say that Mansfield Wrotto is not ready to be a starter at this point, yet you have the Seahawks taking Chilo Rachal. If Wrotto isnt ready to be a starter and I believe this is his 2nd year coming up, what makes you think that Chilo Rachal will be a solid starter from day 1?

That's a very interesting and good question, Bills. You are a keen fellow. ;)

Ah, Scott, come on now, use some of your celeberity power.

"Don't you know who I am, Reggie? I'm Scott Wright! Now run the forty!"

I would love to see that scouting report though - too bad Reggie has yet to work out.

Of course this is all a part of my plot to make sure he falls to the Giants, in reality.

Remember, Mansfield Wrotto has not been an offensive lineman for long. He was a defensive tackle for most of his college career and only moved to offense as a senior. That is why he is such a project and not ready to start.

My bad Scott....I have read the Thompson report before.

At the Senior Bowl I thought he did display a good use of hands and natural pass rush ability. He showed a decent edge rush and nice counter moves to the inside. Was it something you saw on tape that led you to that assessment that he's lacking in those areas?
