Arthur Blank?

Just how much say does he have in the draft? I'm doing my first mock and I'm trying to take everything into account. Obviously there are new coaches so its somewhat hard to make projections there. I knew Blank is supposed to be all about the character guy(s) this year, but how much say does he have on draft day, and who are the other guys with a voice and how much influence do they have?

Officially, he has a lot of say, but I believe he has said that he, along with Rich McKay, will stay out of all the decision making this offseason and will entrust the privileges to Dimitroff and Smith.

He has, or at least had, too much imput with the football decisions with the Atlanta Falcons.
