never had em removed and I'm not sure if I'll ever have to get them taken out either.

yea it sucked...I don't know why the stitches didn't dissolve but they just didn't and it was probably some of the worst pain I've ever felt...

Had mine out this past summer, all 4. Wasn't that bad, took me a day to recover then I was ok. Not a big fan of vicadin though, made me feel like crap.

No wisdom teeth for me thx....but I'm not too far from my 5th total year with braces, not to mention the 4-5 other orthodontic applications that have festered inside my mouth thanks to my ******** orthodontist.

At almost 30, i have yet to have any wisdom teeth come in.... i wonder if that's a statement about my own "wisdom"?

Mine were taking out ahhh atleast a year ago maybe 2 years ago I dont remember. But anyways for me I got to go there and I wanted gas so they but a little thing over my nose... I breathed it in and then they stuck something in my arm and I was out in like 15 secs. I had all 4 taking and they stitched mine. Woke up still a little druged but was fine. They numbed my mouth so I couldnt feel a damn thing for a little bit. Anyways it didnt hurt at all or anything. But if you smoke, suck on a straw or eat popcorn and you dont wait long enough after having them taking out you can get dry sockets which will hurt like ****. I didnt get those thankfully and my stitches dissolved fine.

According to my dentist I have enough room to let mine grow in. Don't know if I believe him or not though seeing as how I'm an Anti-Dentite.

Well, there was your problem. The semen caused the infection.

I had mine out 2 or 3 years ago and I was one of the lucky ones that had to go back and get stuff put in because the Salt Rinsing Didnt work for me. I couldnt eat Solid food for a good 2 weeks. I was eating Pudding and Noodles and ice cream alot. Woo.

Yeah dry socket is basically a hole where your tooth was, and you can see the jaw from the hole. The bone becomes inflamed which causes excrutiating pain.

I had three taken out. Didn't swell up because I iced like crazy the first day. Worst thing I had though was a skin graft on my gums back in December. Talk about painful...

I had them taken out about 6 months ago, they hurt a hell of a lot worse when they were coming in than after they took them out.

Its really not bad getting them taken out... like always with anything something could go wrong but its a slim chance. And if you dont have room in your mouth for them to come in they can start pushing your molars and really mess them up and cause an extreme amount of pain. Stop being a bunch of women and get them out if you dont have room. It doesnt hurt and if it does thats why they give you pills but it doesnt!!!! It will hurt alot more for alot longer if you let them grow into your other molars.

I had mine out when I was 15 if I remember correctly . . . all 4 at once.

I was not prescribed any pain killers . . . is that unusual?
