View Full Version : WMP vs Winamp vs Itunes

Which one do you prefer?

I like to use WMP because it is easy to organize my music and movies the tabs on WMP is cool, easy to use. Also add music to my ipod easy, its a all in one media player.

I have all 3 on my computer and still only use WMP

Winamp easily. Light weight app and it does everything I need it to.

I have iTunes because it works with my iPod don't really bother with it much just put on an album and leave it be

like them all, but chose WMP mainly because my computer is a "media edition" and i love having all the controls i need (play,next,stop,etc) right on my keyboard programmed for WMP. Not a huge deal but it saves me a little bit of clicking and i've grown to love it.

No reason to use Winamp or iTunes...WMP wins. keyboard hotkeys, easy to use..

I don't know what sort of systems you are running, but WMP definitely qualifies as a "lightweight" program.

itunes. works with my ipod easily. dont no much about the other two.

I would pick VLC media Player, but it's lack of a playlist makes it difficult. Unless I'm missing something.

When I had windows and no ipod, I used winamp. Now that I have a Mac and an ipod I use itunes.

I just looked up Winamp and downloaded it and I'm sold. I used to be a Window's Media Player guy(only because that was the default).
