In the interest of saving time I haven't been posting every new scouting report as I get them done since they will all be finished in about five days anyway but here is a guy I know some people were waiting for:

I like O'Connell. I think he has a chance as early as the third or fourth. I know Kevin likes him dearly

i like him as a prospect, good size, good skills. in a few years, i think he could be someones star QB.

I like him alot I would take him with a 5th rounder if I was KC after getting some lineman and another receiver. I think in a year or two he could develop in to a solid QB
