Just my opinion

I agree and also, Cherlius is moving right up there in the 20s of the 1st.

And Kellers status seems to be rising toward the second... With his good timed numbers and such at the combine.

Of your 2nd rounders, I think that Sweed, Cherilus and Jackson are more likely to be 1st rounders. Of your 3rd rounders, I think that Rachal, Godfrey and King should get a look in at the 2nd.

Wasnt aware that Rachal had moved up or was he always slated to go in the 2nd and I just missed it? Any specific teams showing interest in him?

Ike was considered a 2nd rounder at worst prior to the injury, so there's no reason to believe he will drop 5 rounds because of it, and he still has maintained a high positional ranking on most sites and magazines.

In general I'd say you're being a little harsh on prospects. Kelly, Sweed, Jackson and Smith are all 1st rounders imo, although 3 of that group have their stock slipping. Also Morgan, King and Keller are definite 2nd rounders.

I would put Godfrey and Bennett in the 2nd rounds.

It's hard to say where Ike will go. Obviously his knee injury is a factor- I don't even know if he has had his operation yet. Then there is a matter of a felony charge hanging over his head- his trial date got moved back- not sure when it is. And then there is the factor that if he drafted too low his agent will tell him to not sign and go back into next years draft.

It was complete reconstructive surgery though right? Gotta think that's a bit risky for someone who won't play in 2008

Clemson's receiver? If so, don't see how he made the list at all, as he never even declared, let alone declare and then withdraw.

I think Dexter Jackson should be bumped from the fourth round to fifth or sixth, and Lavelle Hawkins should also be bumped down, from third to fourth round.

Yes, but treat Ike like a 2009 pick (drop 1 round) with injury concerns (another 1-2 rounds) and then you have him in the 4th/5th range this year. Sound fair?

Cigaro - That was my point, although there were links that he had declared so I see the mix-up.

Yatta! - I don't disagree, but you have to keep in mind that there can only be 31 first rounders, so are all those guys top-31 players/picks?
