this site just made me angry. one of the best organizations in all of sports (Detroit Redwings) has 3 cover pages in SI's history. I mean I know they weren't great in the 80s but they've been the winningest franchise in the past 2 decades and they've received 2 cover pages. the lack of hockey is why me along with many of my friends cancelled the SI subscription.

i also liked the guy who had a column at the front of the mag---Air and Space; forget his name, but hes married to rebecca lobo; he left as well

really like tom verducci---one of my favorite writers

yeah the 2 new people they have writing those columns aren't good at all. they try to be funny but instead its just ridiculous and not witty like the old ones. but this is a great site. interesting read.

Yeah, losing both of them really hurt the magazine overall. I especially liked Rushin.
