I dont know if this has been done before but seeing as there are 6,837 memebers on NFLDC I think its time to see which team has the most fans here out of interest.




Please state your favorite team, and make it easy to see. Say if your favorite team is from the state you live in. If you dont live in the United States then yes I know it isn't possible so say no. You can also say how/why you became a fan, favorite player....etc any that has to do with your team.

I've lived in all of my fav teams locations....except South Carolina (Gamecocks). I too dislike bandwagon jumpers and guys that dont actually know a damn thing about the team they're rooting for....but, I dont find anything wrong w/ someone liking an out of state team. You like teams for different reasons...It's just a game in the end, you like who you like. I dont really give a damn. Fan loyalty can come from all over. Some people make too big a deal over something like that.

This is a flawed survey, seeing that the representative sample of users only applies to the part of a fanbase that visits the Off-Topic section. The following day, I got Madden 2004 and played around with that. Then I started playing with the Falcons and saw that playing with this 'Vick' character was pretty fun. I then followed playoffs that year (03 playoffs). Started following the record for the Falcons in 04. Then in 05, I started following each game and I think I started following the draft then.

I guess it was hard for me to get into football (or get into it so late) cause my family moved to America in 97 and no one in the family was interested in sports. And same with my friends.

I saw the part about liking a team all of the sudden or liking a team that you've never been to the home city of. Proud to say I spent several days in Green Bay last training camp.
