coming back from what exactly?

He had a solid year in 06' and looked to be on the rise.

07' was ruined by OC and inury.

Sounds like a perfect fit if he has a good year.

well, since you don't have to have been good, I will make my obligatory homer pick and say Tommy Kelly.

Non-homer: Javon Walker (Oh, wait, he's on the Raiders too, right?)

Real Non-Homer: Jake Delhome. I have never been a fan, but I think he has some good football left. Carolina kept their OL intact so he should have a pretty good bounce back year. (Unless there is something to this story I am missing, I don't follow Carolina too close)

I like the Jake Dellhome selection. He's a good candidate.

Crumpler didn't have *that* bad a year in 07 really that would constitute CBPOTY, unless he really lights it up and there's nothing else to give him.

Kearse is a possibility. I think Jake Delehomme could do it too, he seems like a typical candidate. Dwight Freeney is another. There are quite a few guys out there who are prime candidates really.

Marvin Harrison, I hope.

Larry Johnson is another great candidate.

Delhomme or Peppers are my homer pics.

Linebackers always seem to be in the mix too, so Dan Morgan or Vilma with the Saints

Who was really really lazy and a bad team player last year and was moved?

Javon Walker? I'll go with him.

Deuce McAllister.

I like the way you think, sir.

I'll go with him as well. He in his contract year so he needs to perform to get overpaid next year.

Larry Johnson is another great candidate.

Kiwi if he can continue getting pressure on the QB like he was before he went down for the year.

Adrian Wilson, got injured early last year and eventually had to sit out the rest of the season, will comeback and win DPOY

Don Vito

I think Javon Walker has a good chance if he just manages to stay healthy, I could see Deuce as well.

Dwight Freeney!!! I think Jevon Kearse will have a good year as well.

04-21-2008, 05:49 PM
I like the Vilma pick. Disagree with Kearse, I just think he's done. Same with LJ I would only pick him if he was on a different team, their OL is much much worse than it was when he first started for them and a rookie isn't going to change much.

back in a 4-3 again, people will realize that he is far more than what he was stuck being in the 3-4 the Jets ran

The Great Jonathan Vilma

for offense i'd choose Jake Delhomme

If he can prove everyone wrong and make it onto the field its gotta be Lecharles Bentley

04-23-2008, 04:22 PM
Ronnie Brown

With the Addition of Jake, our line will be vastly improved and Ronnie will finish what he started last year on his way to his 1st Pro Bowl season.

Except Larry Johnson doesn't have a history of injury. I'm pretty sure his injury last year was pretty much his first major injury throughout college and the NFL.

How about Jerry Porter? Wasn't he inactive most of last year for some reason, I could see him put up some pretty nice stats with Garrard.

Antonio Bryant is another name that comes to mind...

Kris Jenkins made a probowl since his injury and was great last year.

Just enjoy him bitching at training camp and showing up at 400 pounds.
