Cooper is technically a sophomore, but due to his year at prep school he would be three years removed from his high school graduating class. I am going to keep him off based on him being only a soph, even though he technically could enter. I think that is highly unlikely to happen though.

Randy Phillips was on the list. I will add Reddick.

There have been a handful of Sophs who entered. Larry Fitzgerald, Sidney Rice, Jermichael Finley, etc. Good stuff though.

Rutgers:

Mike Teel, QB, Sr. (6'4" 220 lbs.)
Tiquan Underwood, WR, Sr. (6'2" 180 lbs.)
Kenny Britt, WR, Jr. (6'4" 205 lbs.)
Kevin Brock, TE, Sr. (6'5" 250 lbs.)

Jamaal Westerman, DE, Sr. (6'3" 260 lbs.)
Peter Tverdov, DT, Sr. (6'4" 265 lbs.)
Kevin Malast, LB, Sr. (6'2" 230 lbs.)
Jason McCourty, CB, Sr. (5'11" 185 lbs.)
Courtney Greene, S, Sr. (6'2" 210 lbs.)

Britt is by far the best of the bunch, and likely to declare as a junior. Hard to really get an accurate reading on anyone else at the moment.

Thanks for the additions guys. I think that I will try to do two conferences a week for now. With school ending and work beginning I feel that I can do about 2 per week. So look for the Big East in the next few days.

Nice stuff, you should do the Big 10 next along with the SEC. You should also include top small school guys as well.

I will be doing all the FBS schools first, then the FCS schools after that. Maybe if I have enough time and will I will look to find the best of D2 and D3.

Big 12 next week. I have a few papers and finals to study for but I should be able to get it done.

I was looking at the prospects for next year. And, this game might be shaping up as an all-timer. Kind of like the 87 Florida St/Miami game for us old enough to remember. Could there be 10 1st rounders in 09 draft on the field?

USC
B.Cushing - OLB
R.Maualuga - ILB
T. Mays - S
F. Moala - DT
K.Moore - DE

OSU
M.Jenkins - CB
A.Boone - T
C Wells - RB
J.Laurinaitis - ILB
B.Robiskie - WR

Some other guys too like Boeckman, P.Turner, J.O'Neal, C.Harris, K.Ellison.
I see some guys sliding like Moore and Robiskie. Doubt if they are 1st rounders. But, some early projections have them there. Of course, injuries could factor into it. But, this seems like it's going to be a great game. Might end up 3-0 from looking at all of the defensive talent on the field.

Oregon

Jeremiah Johnson RB (you won't see anyone throw a better straight arm than him)
Jaison Williams WR (has Calvin Johnson like measurables, but can't catch a ball in an important situation to save his life)
Max Unger C (probably Oregon's best pro prospect)
Patrick Chung DB (all-Pac-10 his entire career)
Ed Dickson TE (really good receiving TE)
Nick Reed (tiny but insanely productive, like Elvis Dumervil)

nice list but you're missing Jason McCourty the twin of Devin. Eligbility wise, Jason is a senior. I doubt Devin enters as a junior either.

And I can't find the one where he absolutely tosses Chevis Jackson out of his way in the NC game, but you've seen it.

I hate Ohio State, but Chris Wells is the ************* truth

I never said JJ was a better running back, he just has the best stiff arm in the nation. He won't send someone flying like Wells did, He'll just push your face to the turf.

TE Andrew Quarless - Penn State

He's a highly rated JR prospect but PSU hasn't thrown the ball in the middle of the field in 10 years and he got into some trouble so I doubt he'll come out early.

You mixed up the injuries to Van Alexander (torn ACL) and Sean Weatherspoon (torn labrum). Not a big deal, but thought I would clear that up.

You also need to add:
Jeff Wolfert - K - 6'2" - 185 - SR

sadly this is the best wr scouting ive seen online, but can these people really rank the best college recievers, or best future nfl wr's. the ones online right now are just the ones that look good, and barely any of them have played good at all in college.
