Troy Smith duh! :D
But really, I think it might be Josh Johnson. My homer pick is Joe Flacco though.

Henne's in the best situation imo

Probably should have specified rookie, as the answer to your question is Brady Quinn.

I picked Josh Johnson. The WCO is tailor made for him.

I still think Erik Ainge will be the best QB of this class

i went with flacco though if gruden sticks around in tampa and works with JJ for a few years, he could be amazing

How is O'Connell winning?? And the only person without a vote was the #3 pick???

Peyton Manning & Tom Brady of course

Henne's in the best situation imo

I guess you and me are the Henne votes. He's in a good situation and he's got a lot of big time experience. Plus a huge arm.

I don't understand how anyone can say Josh Johnson? I don't see him ever amounting to anything at all.

It is foolish to put O'Connell in this thread. If it was a 10 years thread then maybe, but I doubt he even sees the field very much in the next 5 years.

No he will, Vernon Gholston is going to end Brady's career, then O'Connell will come in and be the next Brady and win 3 SB....

i think o' connel could have had a chance if he was not pick by the patriots and by the panthers.

Honestly I think Matt Ryan, he is going to be starting right away, gain experience and have the team built around him. I also think hes a good QB.

Oh, how your attitude has changed, i remember when you were emo...

I think the franchised is cursed...... By the talk of everyone on here and the guys on TV, Gholston is the biggest bust of the draft....... Why do we always draft bust?? Why is this franchise so bad?? Then the guys on TV also think Dustin Keller was a 3rd round talent, so theres another 1st round TE bust for us....... Why do I even like this team???

good times... not

I think Brohm is the best QB prospect in this draft.

Josh Johnson if he gets a good chance...

I voted Henne just because he will have one of, if not THE best situation...He is going to have a great line around and an elite LT, a very good running game, and I'm pretty sure the weapons at the skill positions will come later, although starting off with Ginn isn't too shabby.

And his defense will be solid, forcing him to not do too much and win games on his own...I think he starts at some point, and while he's not that great of a QB, he has a skillset where he can suceed especially with time to throw.

The homer in me says Josh Johnson, but the realist says Brian Brohm followed by Erik Ainge.

I have never bought the Josh Johnson hype. Not even when some people had him as a second round pick. He went like round five, yet he is leading in the poll of who will be the best QB from this draft class in five years.

I think it will be Matt Ryan. We will build around him and his intelligence and intangibles will carry him.

I honestly think that its either Ainge, Henne, or against my will, Matt Ryan

I went with Brohm; he was just my top QB.
If the players on his team actually caught the ball and blocked he would have had another good season. Green Bay got a steal on him.

According to Mel Kiper Jr. Caleb Hanie is going to be rocking the league in three years. Which of course he won't but its nice to dream. =(

IMO, he isnt a run first QB, and he is automatically labeled one because he is fast
