Chiefs sign Huard

Dear Chiefs fans,

I wanted to start my own thread in our little team forum, so here it is. Apparently the Chiefs have resigned Huard to a 3 year deal.

I wonder if he was promised an opportunity to start or if he is coming in knowing he is the backup? Hmm...
