My thoughts exactly.

Being a parent I compare it to when my son does something that is wrong, but he did in a very creative way. I talk to him about it, but I find it hard to discipline him for that. I think the prison should take that same point of view with these inmates. (I'm only being half serious)

I found the article interesting. Judging by the number of replies, I guess many did not. Ofcourse, there isnt much more that could be said besides the fact that it was very creative.
