Anyone got any good track spikes to reccommend for me? Any would be greatly appreciated.
And my price range is limited, not looking to go above 120, but would love to be under 100.

Distance or sprint? We have this place near my town that essentially studies your running style and what distance you tend to run and then gives you the spikes that's needed.
Obviously something light would be recommended, I run distance and I love the Nike Zoom it came out right before XC season and it's just a great shoe. I ran at State Relays with them and they were definitely worth it.

Ok, this is good stuff. I'm what you could call a "novice runner." This is my first year doing high school track and I'm not doing it to be an all-star tracklete (new word!) but more to get in shape for soccer and stay active. I will be running distance though, so I'll look into the Zoom, thanks.

Well first off depends on your distance if you are a sprinter, distance runner or doing field events. For long distance you need to get flats, for sprinting in terms of spikes different leagues have requirements in terms of spike length but they are interchangeable so that doesn't matter. As for Spikes out right now I couldn't really give you a recommendation as I haven't run in them for 3 years but I always used tartan spikes but they aren't allowed in high school you must use pyramid spikes 1/4 inches I believe unless it's changed, but I'm guessing spikes aren't as important to you it's the shoe, which is equally important but you should be sure to get spikes right for you as good shoes suck with bad spikes. Actually just talked to my little cousin on AIM and he wears the Nike Zoom's and says that they are great consitency in terms of lightweight, support, and weather capable. I used an older version of the Zoom's in college and they are amazing and I reccomend for any level, professionals use a variation of them, in terms of the prices on them not sure but shouldn't cost you over $150. Just make sure to stay away from Reebok shoes as their material is uncomfortable and bulid up extra friction on the track that slows you down, probably wasn't much help for you but that's my basic answer. But remember regardless of the shoe, the RUNNER MAKES THE SHOE, THE SHOE DOESN'T MAKE THE RUNNER. Kinda reminds me of the goofy kids who I used to play ball with that thought cause they had new Jordans they would go to the community center and school kids, turned out they got beat bad and got their shoes ripped off their feet and taken away.

That would be so sweet dude. You'll get DQ'd but that's ok. Be the first person ever to run with cleats on during Track!

Why would you do something during off season soccer? Off season soccer > the actual season.

I recently found out why you hate soccer. Your mom said one day in the sixth grade a bunch of seventh graders tried to see if they could fit a soccer ball up your ass, and it fit.
You then had to go to the doctor to had it removed, but they couldn't get it out, so they had to shove a giant needle alllllll the way up there to pop the ball. Then, they had to shove some clamps up there to pull the ball out.
The next day, you found out that your doctor happened to be your big crush's mom, and now your crush just points and laughs behind your back.
Finally, it turned out that soccer ball had once been injected with Anthrax by a terrorist, so you died about two weeks later.
