USC is the best football team of the decade with their 2 titles.

They have 1 BCS title. And LSU has a better record this decade and 2 titles. Get the facts straight bud.

Barely has a better record. And as much as LSU fans like to ***** and moan, USC has 2 NCs in the record books.

saintsfan912

LSU has 2 BCS titles, USC has 1. It wasn't LSU's fault USC didn't make it to the NC game in 03. And they still have the better record, barely or not.

Ok, so let's only look at 1 stat that involves the slimmest margin of difference and ignore everything else about the 2 teams. That's intelligent.

The record books says USC has two titles and LSU has two titles, so deal with it.

saintsfan912

The record book says they have 1 BCS title, the other was crowned by bias media voters.

And what would you like to look at when saying who was the best of the decade? Wins and losses is pretty much the most important stat you can look at.

In the last decade, LSU has played a D-II school every year except for 2 seasons. USC has not played any D-II schools in the last decade. Imagine if LSU scheduled a real game during those years...

Its DI-AA not D-II. I hate when people mix those up

Yea, its LSU's fault nobody will agree to a home and home with them. They took on the mighty Arizona and ASU from the Pac 10 and VT. Not too bad. I love how everybody brings that **** up but nobody knows what goes into schedule making.

And I imagine they would probably beat any of those OOC teams USC has played.

Oh, and the MLB playoffs/World Series.

You are delusional if LSU doesn't purposefully schedule D-II schools to play. All teams play cupcakes, but at least schedule cupcakes in D-1.

One of those cupcakes include the 3 time D1-AA national champ ASU, which beat Michigan in Ann Arbor last year. Dude, don't get mad just because LSU came into Tempe and beat ASU 2 years ago. It's gonna be ok. You have no clue and neither do I about what goes into scheduling games. So don't assume anything, it makes you look stupid.

So I guess you can make assumptions about scheduling, but I can't. Don't say hypocritical things, it makes you look stupid.

I am taking classes through their distance learning program. Great program. Self paced. They send you all the assignments up front and you turn them in whenever you want. You have 9 months to complete the class.

I never said anything about scheduling, just that nobody knows what it takes to get a home and home scheduled. You assume that LSU schedules cupcakes on purpose, I know quite a few teams have cancelled series' with LSU. Colorado did this year as a matter of fact. I'm just saying there's too much that goes into setting up OOC games, more than we know.

And no, gas isn't cheap at all in LA. 3.92 is the cheapest I've seen this week.

And SuperKevin, I could care less about what you say really.

Sounds cheap to me I haven't seen anything below 4.12 for about a week.

Damn. I paid 3.84 last week, 3.92 this week. 4.12 is outrageous. I'm sure it will get to that one of these days down here.

Prices have become pretty stagnant for the moment and they should start going down. There may be a little blip when they go up, but they should be back below $3 come this winter and probably around $2.50 by January.

Gay Ork Wang

I would definitely just buy a bike and take that to work if it ever went to 10 bucks a ******* gallon. There would be chaos if gas prices ever got that high with the pay scale where it is.

no there wouldnt. People would moan and then pay. thats the way it works. You cant just walk

saintsfan912
07-12-2008, 06:03 PM
The hell you can't. People did it before cars were invented, they sure as hell can now. Nobody in the middle or lower class would be able to afford 10 bucks a gallon, its just not feasable.

Back in the 80s, Oil went over $20 a barrel and people freaked. No one ever thought it would go back below $20 again. It ended up dropping back down to the single digits. For every bear market, there is a bull market. Prices will go back down again because that is just how the economy works.

That's because European countries place a lot of taxes on gas so their people can receive state sponsored things like Health Care.
