Not to be whining, but I officially hate the character limit we have on here. When I posted my mock just now, I had to break it up into 3 separate posts, 1 for each round. And explanations will probably get longer. What is the reason for it and can we get rid of it?

Reason: To kill "IBTL" and "QFT"
And I hope it's here to stay.

That is something that can be fixed. How much bigger should we make it?

He isn't talking about the character minimum, but rather the maximum.

Sarf is right though, the minimum is great. Max, I'd try it near unlimited. Toonsters mocks will never make it through otherwise.

yeah, IMO we should raise it as much as possible. I dont really see what purpose a max character limit serves. Its just a pain for people who want to post long writeups or mocks or whatever b/c they have to make several post and its worse for the readers too. Near unlimited I like. Or make it 3 or 4 times as much as it is now for starters. I dont know how exactly it works though so I gotta leave it up to you Scott to do an amount that works.

There, I did away with the limit so technically a post can be as long as you want it.
Don't abuse it people...

As long as people don't randomly post the full text of "King Henry IV" I think we are fine.

I don't think one of Toon's normal posts would fit before.

Now Toonster won't have to post six times consecutively to get his mock draft in.
