I can eat whatever I want and not do anything and I still stay really skinny and you can see all my abs lol. I cant wait until I actually have to do things to not get fat so I can be motivated.

I quit lifting. I was sick of not being able to walk. So far I don't really care about not "looking buff". I need to start squatting again for track purposes, but probably wont because I enjoy not having back problems.

I was thinking that. Since it is hot in Arizona, I was planning on wearing a hoodie with one or two sweatshirts underneath and just sweat. Cut down on my food intake, and try to cut pop out of my diet.
Get a gym membership and work out in my hoodie and sweatshirt as well.

Losing weight through sweating is a quick fix to get under a certain weight for sports like wrestling. If you are actually trying to lose fat then that is a horrible idea. Intentionally Dehydrating yourself while working out in the hot sun is a really bad idea also.

Ketogenic diet, like a south beach or atkins type. Low on carbs high on protein with cardio. Also doing some weight lifting would help, when you have more muscle you are more efficient at burning fat.

-Quaker oats mixed with some protein powder and blended up
-Chicken with brown rice or whole grain pasta, add any type of sauce
-Rinsed ground beef with brown rice
-Cottage cheese
-Eggs, do 4 egg whitesto 1 whole egg ratio
-Turkey bacon
-Whole grain toast
-All natural peanut butter
-Tuna
-Veggies, veggies, veggies
-Sweat potatoes, yams
No soda, fast food, or processed meats. Processed meat has a TON of sodium which will make you retain water, raise blood pressure etc.
These are great healthy foods. All of the carbs are complex carbs which are real healthy.

Squatting itself will not murder your back. Squatting with improper form will destroy your back. There's a difference. Get the form down first and you can squat a house. Don't learn the form and you'll kill your back squatting 135.

Cut dairy and oats out of your diet. Make your diet nothing but fruit, vegetables and meat. That is basically what I live off of.

Just have whatever Raymell is having. I'm sure you've watched him eat dinner many times. If you do this you should be able to devastate James Farrior with a stiff arm.

wow, that's alot of abstract and expensive stuff. being in high school I'm still kinda limited to my food availibility, especially at school.
but wheat toast is good. I'll try and control hunger and school having 1 slice of pizza and water and have peanut butter(sometimes with banana!) on wheat bread. I there special peanut butter i should get? healthier stuff?

yeah. my coach really didnt care about anything, so he just left the WR door open and went into his office. So being alone my form really wasn't that great.

Eggs are really cheap, and tuna is like 69 cents a can. Healthy foods cost more so I dont know what to tell you on that front. You won't lose weight eating pizza, and eating small meals frequently will help you lose weight faster because digestion burns calories. All natural peanut butter is really healthy. And just pack your lunch so you can eat healthy at school.

First off, eating white bread is gross. You should always go for whole wheat or high fiber wheat bread. But if you are trying to lose weight, cut out diary for sure and then cut out grains/wheat. If you live off fruit/veggies/meat you will just start shedding weight.

Why the heck would you want to cut oats out of a diet? It's a very healthy source of carbs.
Also, I realize milk has a lot of hidden calories but low fat dairy is a damn good source of Brotein for a skinny lad like me.

yes, eggs are good. pain in the ass in the morning. **** cereal is so much easier lol
and for some reason, I can't stand Tuna. I have no clue why, which blows so hard. everyone says it's good and pretty good for you.
And I've always wanted to try all natural peanut butter. I eat peanut butter virtually everyday when i get home from working out.

yea, it was always what we had, but I love wheat bread.
See what i did was cut out all the complete **** I used to eat and cut a good 10-20 pounds over the summer. Now i want to hit that next level by eating all good stuff. I've pretty much maintained my weight by not eating total garbage. I'll try focusing on meat/veggies/fruits. I like fruits, so it won't be too hard.
My ultimate savior has been Kudos bars. holy **** they're so good, and only 100 calories. They're my savior when I need a choco fix haha

And cottage cheese has casein protein which is slow digesting and very good to eat before bed so you are constantly getting protein throughout the night.

Lol no offence man, but your diet ****** sucks. It doesn't really sound like you want to put the work in, and you're pretty picky. Being healthy is a lifestyle change not a day to day thing.

i know it does and I'm the first to admit that, but right now, it's tough. Finally with all my college **** outta the way and school becoming low on the priority scale, I can finally take the time to eat the right **** and hit the gym for the time I want, not just the limited time I had.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Eat healthy and workout. That's all you need to do. Don't go on any fad diets like Atkins. Just eat healthy and be active. You may not see results as quickly, but they will last a lot longer and it will put you on track for better health your entire life.
Do not cut out carbs completely. Carbs are what gives you energy. Cut down on fat and sugars and you will start to lose weight.
On the other hand, you could always pick up a coke habit, that's sure to make you lose weight.

Exactly what he said. That's what I've done. I've watched my portions, eating more fish and chicken and hardly any beef, eat wheat bread and brown rice, eat more fruits and vegetables, and exercise 5 days a week. I've lost over 50lbs doing that and feel great.

Precisely, No need to " go on a diet", just change your overall diet for good, add in exercise. You'll be set.
