I can't even think of a team that could use Joe Horn. Joe Horn doesn't know that, though.

Yeah, I'm sure he thinks he's gonna get snatched up real fast but I think this might be the end of the line for him.

ESPN is gonna report that the Cowboys are the favorites to nab him. Any time a big name is available, all media outlets throw Dallas's name out there as a possible suitor just bc its Dallas.

Hey! According to NFLDC there are 10 teams in the NFL worse than the Bears so send your hate somewhere else.

Anyway, he might get a chance later when someone goes down. Hell, the Bengals might have gone for him if they didn't reacquire Henry.

DG wants to send a message that the dolphins aren't the second worst team. I am a bears fan. but, am powerless by moderator abuse *COUGH*

DG should know by now that no one cares what he thinks.

DG should. But he doesn't.
I guess that's what years of florida public education does for one.

And I'm getting boned by an admin, not sure who you can pick on.

Dallas is the best landing spot for him - a very good offense that plays in a dome, and TO and Witten to draw the attention. Whether they like him enough to sign him, remains to be seen.

If I were the St. Louis Rams, I would be considering Horn some. Drew Bennett is a waste of space.

I think Horn was aite. I would like to think he helped with Roddy's breakout season, but thats about it. He was useless otherwise and on the field.

And the Falcons could take on the Bears.

The Bears defense would put the hurt on Matty Ice, he doesn't need that so soon.

This is true. I dont see Kyle Orton doing anything against our D (or any D for that matter).

Bears win 7-3 with the only TD coming on a Devin Hester PR for TD.

Horn sucks. I don't see any team that would sign him.

The failure of the Bobby Petrino regime continues to live on. He wasn't needed because the team has a fine staple of promising receivers: Roddy White, Laurent Robinson, Michael Jenkins, Harry Douglas.

Wasn't Petrino a part of drafting Laurent Robinson? And Roddy White flourishing in a passing game?

Boy, revisionist history is fun.

I like that set so much. White is a perfect #1, Robinson will do good as a #2, Douglas has a great skill set for being a great #3, and Jenkins might come in handy in the endzone. I was thinking about possibly drafting Michael Crabtree (no thanks to ATLDirtyBirds), and honestly, I don't want him. I like him alot as a prospect, but we would be wasting one of those guys.

Horn's agent has contacted the Titans and Jaguars.

I think the Titans pass. We had this go with Eric Moulds - a possession receiver with like a dozen catches at season's end. We brought in a veteran target for VY in Crumpler, and have vets running 1st team in Gage and McCareins. Plus, we have lots of youth behind them. Unless he mentors the WR's like Mawae did the OL, he doesn't add anything to the offense.

I say he gets picked up by a contender when the injury bug bites. And if all else fails, there's always New England and Dallas.

It was only a matter of time before someone said Dallas.

And no, Dallas has absolutely no use for him, he's just a waste of roster space.

And that redeems his other terrible moves? How so? Besides, anyone who saw Roddy White since his rookie year saw constant reminders of his immense potential, he was due for a breakout; I don't think that Petrino had anything to do with it.

Michael Crabtree is the man. I'd feel a lot more confident with Matt at the helms if he was throwing to Roddy and Crabtree.

Yeah for sure, but I really like Robinson as a number 2. And Douglas as a number 3 is perfect! It would be wasting both their potential. Instead of that, we could get a guy to protect Ryan.

Horn has teams to pick from that don't really have any vet WRs Bears....ahhaha, Titans, Vikings maybe, Dallas, Miami, Denver, but i see these teams only wanting him if there #1 or 2 goes down.

Maybe the Eagles could be an option? He would have a good QB in McNabb, and a Wr situation to where if he plays well, he could start. He is a veteran that could lead in cruch time, and help teach DeSean Jackson the ropes. Jackson would then be learning from both Horn and Jerry Rice.

Not in complete favor of the move, it would just make some sense.
