I don't think this is a bad signing. Even though we are going young I don't think that has to apply to kickers. With a young team we need to start creating a winning atmosphere and I would hate to lose a close game that we should have won because we didn't take a chance on a vetren kicker. It's almost like a rebuilding baseball team getting a good closer.

To be honest, I'm kinda 50/50 on this signing. I really think we have something in Barth. He has a good college career at UNC and I think if we give him time he'll improve even more.
