At this point, I'd love to ship the Lions somewhere else and get an expansion team. It's nice to dream...

That would be great...I'm a Lions fan in LA, and I would love it. But you guys get to keep millen. ;)

We'll keep Millen so the new owner can fire him but we are shipping Ford with the team, good luck, come to think of it luck won't help you as long as Ford is around.:)

I wouldn't want something this drastic.

Really? After one loss? The Lions 'fans' here think that, after one loss, we need to give up and ship the team out.

They're probably thinking more about the continuous failure than just last week.

Strange how the thread was made after week 1's game, huh?

One loss? I was thinking about the last 51 years...

That seems to make sense.

An expansion team would do wonders. But is anyone left in detroit to make it happen. Maybe give it to southern ontario?

Because we just got the same junk that we've got from the Lions since Moses unveiled the 10 Commandments. I'm beginning to think there was 11, and it was "The Lions shalt never enjoy the fruits of success"

Then... stop being fans? Go away?

It really isn't hard. If you don't want to be a fan, don't. You act as if you have some legally binding contract with the Lions' organization.

Leave. Give up. Go away.

Don't get me wrong... I think this team is horribly wrong but I'd never want it to be moved out of Detroit. I've been driven to slight enthusiasm about the NFL because of the Lions ineptitude. A move from Detroit... well, I'd lose all interest [from a fan standpoint]. I'd never become a Steelers fan.
