Dallas really shot up in the last year or two with that new stadium.

From what i know, they've been in the top three or four for about 15 years now. The stadium upgrade really did shoot up their value some more, though.

Houston being so high is surprising.

I'm surprised that the Houston Texans are already at 6th.

Good fans and their stadium is worth a ton.

Well Ford Industry is in the tank and the Lions could be a part of that. Maybe.

Not only are the Jaguars not last, but we have low debt, significant growth, and an acceptable operating income! Woo!

That's what playing in huge markets does for you.

Which is why all the Jaguars-to-LA rumors are nothing but hot air. If the Jags can make it long enough to establish some tradition and the people in Jax stop being so fickle, they'll be there for a long time. Jacksonville is one of the countries fastest growing markets. It'll catch up sooner than people think.

With Lucas Oil stadium being so well spoken of, Im suprised the Colts don't break the top 5.

Their income is kind of low - I think they have a smaller fan base than the really big names like Dallas, Patriots, Giants, Eagles etc. - am I wrong?

With the metrodome being the masterpiece it is, I'm surprised the Vikings don't either...
