Egregious lies. Jackson is the first receiver since 1940 to get >100 yards in his first two games, and it shall continue! Not to mention, he'll be good for 2-3 return TDs.

*cough*homer*cough*. Who is the punt returner for the Bronco's? How is he doing at it?

I gurantee you even being the number2/3 receiver on the team Royal will have better stats (more TDs, receptions and maybe punt return average) than DeSean.

Westbrook mvp lol. he better get 30 TDs.

I don't know any team named the Bronco's, mainly because an apostrophe isn't needed there. No sweat, that's only second grade stuff.

DeSean Jackson's punt return average: 10.9
Eddie Royal's punt return average: 8.3

I gurantee you even being the number2/3 receiver on the team Royal will have better stats (more TDs, receptions and maybe punt return average) than DeSean.

Guarantee. Again, second grade. Jackson's going to be a #3 receiver once Curtis and Brown return, so your comparison doesn't really work. And I'll still take that bet, and add yards per catch to it.

Westbrook mvp lol. he better get 30 TDs.

On pace for 40, and he hasn't even got started yet.

Westbrook will certainly deserve it, but if the Denver Cutlers make the playoffs I don't see how JC wouldn't win MVP, he's putting up great numbers at the moment, but more important just envokes the confidence that he can score when his team needs it no matter what, that type of leadership is why I will defend Eli and have been since he lead us back against dallas as a rookie and against denver as a sophomore.

OPOY
Westbrook or AD, just straight up studs who'll put up disgusting numbers this season.

DPOY will be Justin Tuck if he keeps his play up, he's been unstoppable this season and he's just straight up making plays, already has a defensive TD to help his highlight reel, which unfortunately ends up very important to a players DPOY campaign. Although Ware looks set to win this season as well. He's beastly and with the improved secondary he should get to play more aggressively.

OROY
DMC, Chris Johnson and Jonathon Stewart will push him for this but DMC has the ability to go off for 150+ any week. He might not be a consistent beast like the other two, but he'll straight dominate a couple of games this season.

DROY
Chris Long, that D will suck, but Long will fight and get a good amount of sacks while eventually having a break out game later in the season where everyone goes wow.

Cause he is going to play the Rams all year and DeSean Jackson is gonna get him more opportunities by fumbling the ball?

I do not want to even imagine our pass defense without John Abraham. Inexperienced CBs + decent safeties in coverage + terrible pass rush = worst pass defense ever.

meh...if you want to get into insanely early MVP/award talk. Romo would be a, or the front runner. With no Brady, Romo probably becomes the very early favorite to win the MVP this season.

and of course...Ware and Owens should be in the offensive and defensive player of the year award races all year.

With so much talent....Cowboy homers can predict wins for Romo, Owens, and Ware and not sound so crazy anymore. Tis a nice thing.

Just like the last four years...oooppps

The last 4 years are anomalies. Usually the NFL MVP doesn't break a significant record, but the last 4 years, the MVP has broken:

- The Passing TD record
- The Rushing TD record
- The Rushing TD, total TD, and points scored records
- The Passing TD record

Before that, how many times did the MVP also win OPY?

You only noticed that part of my post? You didn't notice every other play choosen for an award is a former small school ball player?

I've known about Pierre Garcon(Check the sig) and Brandon Carr longer than anyone on this board I guarentee it. Just like Sam Allen Jake Visser and Joe Crawford just another few guys I watch play ball, and no one has probably ever heard of, who have the NFL's interest.

He and Carr are both projects. Brandon Carr is just learning at a very fast rate on a bad football team. Most other teams he would still be a dimeback instead of #2. Remember Tony Romo, Jared Allen and Brian Westbrook were all also projects are one time.

Garcon is a good player no doubt. I'm routing for him his whole career and I hope you're right that he can have a significant role in the NFL.

Yeah I know. It's just that with all of the stiff competition he faces for OROY, he's gonna need some TD's to continue competing with Eddie Royal, Desean Jackson, Matt Forte, Jonathan Stewart, Darren McFadden, Felix Jones etc....
