This is using the current NFL Draft order as of today. Also, this is using the list of underclassmen Scott lists throughout his rankings as "top underclassmen", so as to not create confusion as to who is and who is not declaring. Don't complain about your team's draft spot or try and tell me "(blank) will declare, give him to the (team)." I'm just going to ignore those comments. If you don't agree with a pick, please, explain why and offer some alternative suggestions - I consider all of the comments that fit under this category and hand out +rep for in-depth responses. Thanks!

Not bad. It's still tough seeing Greg Hardy in the 20's though. In my opinion this guy is the best pass-rusher in this draft with arguably the most upside of any defensive end (all-around). Another possible spot could be Oakland, though the emergence of Trevor Scott makes it a tough call at this point. If the Texans added Hardy you may see the most unstoppable D-Line in football for the next decade.

I think you have Monroe in the right area, though I have to question the fit. Ferguson is their young LT and he's playing well enough this season. Woody is aging at Right Tackle but you have to question the value of taking a RT this early with many more options in later rounds.

It's tough to argue Wells at #1, though obviously I'd think the Bengals would be working the phones like crazy from the day they were deemed the holder of the 1st pick overall. Mike Brown is cheap, the value is probably not there, it would make sense. Still, it's way too early to project trades so I don't blame you there at all.

The absence of SenDerrick Marks is strange as he's been having a great year. You must be very high on Peria Jerry.

He's not listed in Scott's rankings. I touched on that earlier. I really like Jerry as well. Also, Hardy has had lots of problems staying healthy, getting motivated, and getting coached. If I had to pick this year's "Pac-Man Jones", it could very likely be Hardy.

I'm not that high on Jenkins anymore. Probably will be a better Safety in the NFL. So I would much prefer Vontae Davis there for a corner or William Moore for a safety. I also wouldn't mind Michael Crabtree, Michael Johnson or Greg Hardy there instead!

Ugh. I hate Tebow as a pro prospect. He just does not impress me at all when I watch him. I think he ends up going in the second round tops. Even if Tebow is on the board and even though QB in our biggest need I think he go Monroe the way you have the draft playing out. Monroe is just a far better prospect than Tebow and the better player. He also would address possibly our second biggest need.

Greg Hardy is a nice pick. Hopefully he doesn't turn out like Harrel. Poor work ethic and nagging injuries.

5. San Francisco 49ers - ILB Rey Maualuga, Southern Cal

He's from USC, he's a beast, what's not to like, right? Sadly, it's not what we need and I'd much rather see us grab the #1 OT in this situation.

11. New Orleans Saints - OLB Aaron Curry, Wake Forest
I love this kid, love the pick. I hope we find a way to get this kid and trade down, but thats just wishful thinking I'm afraid. Good pick.

Good Bears pick. DHB and Michael Johnson are options but I like Duke.

I like the pick for the Texans. It's not a flashy one, but it's a solid pick that addresses our main need in a secondary that's just plain BAD Alternatively, Vontae Davis would be a good pick there, also shoring up the secondary.

In a somewhat different direction, I can see the Texans drafting Orakpo. Aside from Mario, we get absolutely NO pass rush, and it's becoming a pretty big issue. Plus, as an added bonus, he's a local guy, being from UT and all.

Alex Mack is the only Olineman I could see the Skins taking in the first round - good pick.

Bad pick for the Colts. Jerry is not the best DT in the draft. Sen'Derrick Marks is. They would go with Marks way before they would draft Jerry. Peria Jerry is a reach taking him that high.

I like the Lions pick of Lauranitis, but I think that it's way too high for a LB. But it'll all come down to his combine #'s, if he runs and looks like Willis did a couple of years ago(which I don't he'll do) than maybe he can jump in the top 5, but # 2 is high. I also like the Idea of drafting Johnson at #22 but if his combine ends up where it's rumored to be heading(amazing athletisicm) than he'll be a top 10 pick. The amazing thing is that there might be a chance you have our guys right just with a flip-flopped order. Personally, I hope we go Oher or Smith at #2 and then try to get a Lauranitis or DE at #22, so for where your guys are going we'd have Smith and Johnson, which would be a great haul and foundation.

I love that seemingly every mock on here atm has Hardy going to the Pack.

Duke is a great pick though I'm sure Michael Johnson would draw some consideration as well

Steelers pick looks great at this point. With Smith getting injuried its very unlikely he'll be resigned. Depending on what the team does with Starks, Kemoeatu, Essex, McFadden, and Washington, this biggest needs change.

Can't go wrong with an OL man. Loadholt is a good pick and could be a franchise LT for us.

If Starks and Kemo get signed, I'd love to land Alex Mack, but he's already off the board in your mock. If the Steelers don't go OL, they almost have to go corner. Townsend is getting old, McFadden is injured and in the last year of his deal. Nothing else proven behind Taylor.

Can't really see the Lions going with Laurinaitis 2nd overall, I love him as a prospect but theres no doubt that they go LT or QB with our top pick, then go DE late first round.

Have no room to argue with the Aaron Curry selection. He's a definite player at a huge position of need.

You can't go wrong picking OLB or S for the Saints.

Would rather have Andre Smith, but I would be down with Rey.

If Laurinaitis was available at #22, then I think the Lions would look long and hard at him. However, MLB is not a premium position and after all the early picks we've wasted we can't afford to take a LB that high. The last time a team drafted a MLB that high was 1992, when the Colts drafted Quentin Coryatt.

I think we would go with Matt Stafford, George Selvie, or Andre Smith in that scenario.

I really don't like all the Brandon Pettigrew to the Bills picks. Robert Royal will likely remain our starting TE due to his blocking so why would we take a backup TE in round 1? There will be bigger needs at OLB, DE, DT, and OT

Jason Smith and Jermain Gresham are tow very, very good picks for the Eagles. Its obvious you know our biggest needs are OL, FS and TE (in no particular order) Jason Smith is an athletic LT prospect who could be our LT for years. I really like the pick.

A few things I will say though, the Eagles aren't a lock to go with a LT prospect, or even an RT. Both Todd Herremans and Shawn Andrews could potentially shift out to either Tackle position. Andrews to RT and Herremans to either RT or LT. With Andrews being out, Max Jean-Gilles has been given an opportunity, and is borderline thriving. I don't know how high our coaching staff is on Mike McGlynn, who we drafted last year and could play either Og spot, but personally I think there are better options out there.

If that is the case, the Eagles may be looking more toward OG prospects like Duke Robinson or Herman Johnson, depending on how the rest of the draft pans out. Jason Smith is a good pick, but we really could go almost anywhere along the O-line with how versatile our linemen are. If the rumors about Stacey Andrews looking to sign in Philly are true, we may not even need to address O-Line at all. I know you said you weren't considering that, but I figured it woudl be something I mention for future reference.

TE is now showing to be a glaring need for the Eagles. LJ Smith signed a one year tender to prove that he could be a better player, and thus far, he hasn't done so. We have a young Te in Brent Celek who has shown falshes of promise, but isn't nearly consistent enough to have confidence in him as the future of that position. Gresham is one of the best Te prospects to come out in recent year and woudl really benefit our offense immensely. He has good size and speed, along with his athletecism, and showing what he can do with the ball in his hands, he would be a big weapon for our offense, and would improve many aspects of our offense such as Red zone and short yardage. Gresham needs to work on his blocking a bit, but almost all TEs need to when they enter the NFL, and as far as that goes, he won't have as much working against him in that area as some of the other top TE prospects, IMO anyway. He could be the future of our position and another legitimate weapon for Donovan to target.

You have Taylor Mays available fo rour first pick, and lot of guys would say go for him for the Eagles. We do need a FS with Dawkins nearing the end of his career, but this is a very, very promising Safety class IMO, and we could potentially get a very good Fs prospect in the second our third round. But there are really no LT prospects after Jason Smith, with the possible exception of Ciron Black, (Personallly I think he could play RT) and I think there is a better chance of finding a good FS in the next fe wrounds than a LT, though like I said, we are not restricted to just LT.

Very good mock, solid overall.
