I really like the guy a a kick returner. At 173 lbs I don't think he could even handle the Darren Sproles workload right now though.

He loves to run to August Parrish's side!

Hes not that much smaller than Roscoe Parrish (weight) and is a lot more stout than Parrish is. I think punt returning he could do, kick offs are a bit different though. I could see him making an impact in the return game though like other severely undersized players like Michael Lewis, Parrish, Sproles, etc. Sproles probably has at least 10 pounds on the guy now, maybe 15. Sproles looks like he packed some more thickness onto himself since college.

I can't see Jarvis ever doing much in the running game at the next level which might hurt him or help him. If he can offer something more than just return skills to a team then someone will pick him up and sign him. He's definitely a UDFA though.

hes a good football player. hes dominated every level hes been at. but hes super small. hes smaller than trindon holliday or mjd. and hes a lot thinner. its just going to be hard for him as a back. if he can return kicksmaybe? its going to be hard for him to survive as a back

That's the first solid analysis of a prospect you've ever written. I'm impressed

He's a great football player, but he won't get drafted. He had an unbelievable year last year, but this year he's been struggling. He'll most likely be an UDFA, but simply based on his size he won't get drafted.
