really sucks balls.
i was in 6th grade when Jurassic Park (the book) came out. read it and loved it...and briefly turned into a book nerd because of it. I immediately read Sphere, Rising Sun, The Andromeda Strain, and The Lost World when they came out. I dunno what ended up happening to my reading habit, but it started because of MC.
ER used to be a good show too.

Definitely my favorite contemporary writer. I loved Jurassic Park, Next, Prey, The Great Train Robbery, Congo, Sphere, and Timeline.

Luckily all it will take is a scientist to read Jurassic Park and they'll figure out how to clone him.

I lost respect for him when he wrote State of Fear.

Why? State of fear was a pretty good read and the same type of pseudo-science as in each of his other books.

Would you want it to be public? Constantly being questioned about it by the media and such?

A lot of these people think they can treat it without making it a big deal.

I didnt really enjoy it and he totally misrepresented a lot of people from the scientific community as well as their research.
