Batmans won every time theyve fought in the comics. Ign did a contest and had people vote for who they thought would actually win because only batmans won and everyone still voted batman. I dont really know if it makes sense, but i was never a big superman, way too over powered.

Eh, the best superhero by far is DC based and the superhero originator is DC based so DC wins. That and DC stories are typically better.

Batman is far from the best superhero. Just wait until Christopher Nolan brings in Shia LaBeouf to play Robin in the 3rd Batman movie and then your perception of Batman will change.
