Is Ben Patrick second round material?

There is a lot wrong with this draft. But for the Eagles, give us Griffin in this situation. You have WAY too many players going WAY too high. In the second, give us a DE or Leonard, since you have him too high as well.

No, Ben Patrick is not. I think this guy looked at the combine and is basing this whole thing solely on it. Just so you know energizer, thats not how the draft works in the real world.

dont like the Rams first pick we dont need another corner (give us Paul Posluszny) and half/half on the 2nd pick we just picked up 2 DE's in FA (give us Jason Hill or a DT)

I do like your first 5 picks. I really think the Lions need a franchise QB instead of a OT. Other than the the rest of you mock needs work.

Partick Willis to Huston is a reach.
Chris Huston to the Rams is also a reach, they drafted a CB last year and have bigger needs.
Gregg Olsen is also a reach to the panthers, I see him as a late 1st rounder.
Victor Abiamiri is also a major reach.
Jarrett won't drop that far.
I don't see why the cards would choose two OTs on day one.

great raider draft is jarrett falls that far. getting top 15 prospects with 2 picks is very good

Patrick is gonna end up as a 2nd round pick, especially in this weak TE class. It looks like the seahawks are gonna get rid of Stevens and their going to need another TE. Patrick has elevated himself to the number 3 TE in this draft. Joe Klopfenstein Scheffler didn't look like solid 2nd rounders last year at this time either.

The Eagles are going to need a WR. Stallworth is going to leave as a FA, which only gives them one WR of starting quality. I don't think they'll go saftey in round 1 or 2 because I think their going to go with Constadine. And try and add a solid veteran to compete with him in FA.

Just wait, alot of these guys I have too high won't seem too high come draft time.

Carolina has been searching for a pass catching TE ever since Wesley Walls retired. Olsen is a complete tightend and will do wonders for them in the middle of the field. Olsen is a very underrated blocker and his flaws are very minimal. I don't see him getting out of the top 20 picks at this time. The only way I see him falling is if he gets himself in off-field trouble between now and the draft.

Willis stock is climbing rapidily and I think with his amazing athletism and instincts along with his ability to run sideline to sideline he is going to be a ideal Weakside OLB. Marlon is only average and with Willis and Ryans along with their young/talented DL they will have in place a great foundation for their defence. I think another possibilty for them is a corner considering Dunta has really regressed since his rookie season and they don't have a #2 or potnetial #2 CB on their roster. When you play the colts twice a year you better have corners that can atleast cover adequatley.

Jarrett really benefitted significantly from playing with the talent at USC and his flaws are just starting to come out. He can't get off jams, he has trouble seperating and he is a horrible blocker. Once teams start breaking down his tape more I think we're going to see his stock plummet further. And he won't do well enough in his workouts to bring his stock back up.

The Rams corner are very average when you play in a divison with 2 top 10 WRs on the same team you better have 2 corners that can cover them. The Cardinals are going to be on the rise while the Rams are going to be starting the rebuilding process.

I will probally change that Pats pick since it looks more likely like the Pats have indeed signed Adalius Thomas.

The reason for the cards going 2 OTs on day one is they need Bookends to protect Leinart and they seemingly get the 2 best OTs in the draft. They will provide protection for Leinart for many years.

Revis is a great pick, but how is Bradley in a 3-4?

I think Bradley is going to be a Mike Vrabel type LB in the NFL and he really projects to Strongside OLB in the 3-4.

Cover 2 teams are going to be drooling over Quincy Black. He played the same position at New Mexico that Urlacher did and he has great coverage skills. Why don't you like that pick?

15. Pittsburgh Steelers- Dwayne Bowe WR - LSU

Huh? Did I miss something? Didn't the Steelers draft Santonio Holmes in the first, after moving up, and draft Willie Reid in the first day last year? And they still have Hines Ward and Nate Washington as a #3 receiver had more yards than Randle El ever did with the team.

If Jamal Anderson fell that far I don't care if he fits the system or not we'd have to draft him!

46. Pittsburgh Steelers- Tony Hunt RB Penn State

I like the pick. But I'm also a huge Tony Hunt fan.

I think your Oakland 2nd rd pick is quite bad, especially if Moss stays [which is looking more probably]. Go OL in rd 2 for Oakland.

really bad giants draft- you didnt address our 2 biggest needs OLB/CB
i mean david diehl is most likely moving outside so try to address G somewhere later in the draft
pitcock is a bad fit for us- he is just another bad short DT with small arms and is similar to william joseph- we already have 2 good DTs in cofield and robbins
timmons/beason/revis would b the pick in the 1st round
2nd round- eric weddle or daymeion hughes

Bears would take Jarrett/Blalock before Beason.. Not a bad pick at all though.

It just really depends on who they have ranked higher.
