This thread is for all next gen. gaming specifically the PS3 and 360. We can talk about games because they have alot of similar ones. And no bashing for people having different consoles, or argueing which is better or I'll ask a mod to lock it. Just a nice discussion is what I'm looking for.

Okay, I rented MLB 2k7 today it was amazing. Amazing graphics, and gameplay. It also has an in depth franchise mode. But what is the best?

FANTASY DRAFT!!!

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's the 1st next gen. game with a fantasy draft and it is sick.

I highly recomened it and I'll be buying it. And btw I just played it for like 5 hours and I'm in 2011 in my franchise with my freind.

I'm intrigued by the Def Jam Icon game, but my gut instinct tells me it's gonna blow hard like every other 360 game I've bought thus far.

I'm intrigued by the Def Jam Icon game, but my gut instinct tells me it's gonna blow hard like every other 360 game I've bought thus far.I downloaded the demo, its pretty sweet. Almost like fight night but street fighting instead of boxing.

NBA2K7 has fantasy drafts.

Ahh, didn't know that. NBA 07 has better gameplay so I just went with that instead. But MLB drafts are the best anyways so, it's still amazing

Anyone have any opinions on NBA Homecourt?

Can you draft your AAA, AA, and single A teams as well? Like in MVP?


I downloaded the Demo for MLB2K7 and was really suprised 2K baseball games usually suck. I plan on buying it. Probably after i get GRAW2

I'm not 100% sure because I simmed after about 30 picks. But the AAA,AA, and A isn't as much integrated as in MVP Baseball (which was the best baseball game prior to this). You don't really see the minor's games simmed like in MVP, but you can still move players from in the minor's. So unless you actually play the minor games it really isn't a loss IMO.

I miss the days of MVP baseball. That was by far the best baseball game out there. By far.
