“He said he looked up in the Jumbotron and saw that I pushed off,” said Holt, who is in his 10th year with the Rams (2-12). “I told him I never extended my arm. It is one thing if you extended, because that is pass interference. But everything was in motion catching the football. I don’t even know if I had my hands on the guy.

“That was his explanation, and I told him it was a bad call.”

With the Rams leading 17-13 with 4:40 left in the third quarter, St. Louis took possession on its 20 and moved to the Seattle 46. On second down, Marc Bulger threw a strike down the right sideline that Holt caught at the 26 against cornerback Marcus Trufant.

The play was brought back on the penalty, pushing the Rams to their 44. St. Louis moved the ball to the Seattle 29 and settled for a field goal with 11:09 remaining. The Seahawks trailed only 20-13 and were still in the game.

Might not seem like a big thing to anyone else, but what total B.S

Remember the play, was not offensive pass interferance.

Who cares? Its one PI call in a time when there's been thousands of bad ones...

Oh my god, your team had a bad call go against them too?! No way!!

Is Jim Haslett going to make a video presentation for league officials about this call too?

Probably, but like most things, Haslett will screw it up.

I think the story is the scoreboard angle not the call.

I posted this because the Official used the Jumbotron to make a call in a big part of the game. That's ridiculous.

I don't hate this as much as I should. Hell atleast they got the right call.

They didn't get it right, after seeing the replays it was pretty unanimous it wasnt offensive pass interferance. Also it was my take that he made the call before looking at any scoreboard replay.

I would rather have the official use the jumbotron rather than making the wrong intial call, but him not making the right call kind of flaws my reasoning.

I don't like the Rams bitching about refs calls. We are 2 and ******* 12. Our three best weeks were when we beat the Redskins and Cowboys and then we played the Pats in Foxborough tough as nails. And then we complained about how many pentalies called on the Pats. Refs are incompetent bastard assholes, when u do **** like making a video, the refs grow even more incompetent with us, and we don't get any calls. And once again we are 2-12 so I don't care.

even if you care about how awful the rest of the fans are, nice to see you still care about the Rams on some level
