Damn, I wanted the Giants to get him in the second, I liked him a lot for the Giants. Oh well...

He returned to school to get a SECOND Bachelors degree. Can't fault him there. He's one of the few people smart enough to realize that football doesn't last forever.

Well we might be able to pencil in our #1 DT for 2010 then.

No because Gerald McCoy, Marvin Austin, and Jeff Owens will all have something to say about that.

Yea, but still it's just smarter to stay in school.

Good for him, Duke is obviously a very good education, but I'm surprised.

This should likely encourage Sen'Derrick Marks to come out.

Oh I agree 100%. I'm just saying this doesn't make him the #1 DT for 2010. Actually I give that to Arthur Jones now that he's returning

The 2010 DT Class is going to be absolutely sick.

I really think Jared Odrick is the better 3-4 DE of the two. But I think they're the premier 3-4 DE's in the NCAA.

Vince may be the best 3-4 Nose Tackle prospect in awhile. It seems that every other guy falls down at some point, or ends up at DE in the 3-4. Vince is just a beast in terms of eating those blocks.

I don't think he's a 3-4 NT prospect at all. He's 6'6 and probably not even 320 (right now)...I do think he's a beast and will be a good two gapper anyway...but his body length really makes me think of him as a 3-4 DE.

Next years DT class really seems to have some of the best high end talent we've seen in a long time at the position.

But he plays with too much power off that nasty burst off the ball so that with some bulk he could really anchor a run D, not sure about 3-4 NT but he could be a great 4-3 NT. I'm pissed since I really wanted him for big blue.

Vince Oghobaase is not a 34 NT, he's a 43 DT

With his size, he can probably fill out and play any spot on the DL. His raw size, strength, and athleticism will have him included in the same class as the tall DT's from earlier this decade...Kevin Williams, Albert Haynesworth, Richard Seymour, and John Henderson.

I also think McCoy and Oderick will join him in this class.

I think Arthur Jones and Suh are the perfect compliments to these guys...think Marcus Stroud to Henderson...and Ty Warren to Seymour.

I'm not sure if it'll make sense to anyone here, hopefully it does. I just think it's easy to profile players early on and then build the profile as information builds up.

I was kinda hoping he'd be there for the Raiders in round two.

I'm sure the Lions will be in the Top 5 next year which means they get to pick the best DE or DT available! I'm talking Carlos Dunlap, people!

At this point you could make a legit argument for Raji with the Raiders 1st pick.

His stock is certainly sky high right now and I don't necessarily want to believe it all. He's probably a legit mid first round pick, but cracking the top 10 is a bit much.

Dumbest logic ever. He would have been the first DT off the board and 1st rounders will make more money in their life time than most just by signing. Even if he never saw a snap in the NFL he would probably bring in 8-13 million depending on the slot of his selection. If he plays for a few years and is a bust so what? His earnings increased still.

How the hell is it dumb logic? He wants to go back to further his education. There's nothing wrong with that AT all. After he retires and has a good amount a money from playing I'm sure he'll want to do something other then sit on his ass watching tv remembering his playing days and him getting his second bachelors degree is just going to help him out more.

CantStopGregJones probably thinks all these guys who become sportscasters have the right idea. Guys like Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin become sportscasters because they have nothing else they can possibly do.
