I didn't see a thread yet, but Goodell came out and stated this. May stop the giant influx of underclassmen.

Goodall is just trying to stop a completre raid on college football. Already a record high # of underclassmen have applied for a report from the NFL Advisory Committee. Obviously this means a record # of juniors will declare. They'd be foolish to believe anything Goodall says.
You can expect your college team to lose practically anybody who thinks he has a shot at the NFL.
