Shanahan got canned
NFL NETWORK IS BEING SO ******* **** about it. Theyre makign it out to be an atrocity, and a surprise (which i suppose it is to a certain extent.)

I agree... we dont need to discuss whether this was right or wrong, nfl network can berate the move all they want, 80% of Bronco nation knows this was the right move. Shanny, Thanks for the great memories, and for 32 and 33, you da man, but its time we got some fresh legs.

The only question we need to ask... who is the new guy???
I call for:

what are the chances he becomes the next head coach in oakland :) :P.

this is a bad move IMO, shanahan was a great coach, but maybe it was time for a change.

After what happened in the late 80's, absolutely none.

I am going to ask this here.

The Broncos are one of my favorite franchises but i do not know the answer to this question.

Did Shanny make all personnel decisions, like hiring OC, DC and such?

Yes. He pretty much had sole control of the decision-making.
