I didn't see this posted in here yet so I thought I'd post it.

It would bring so much joy to me to see Marshall finally out of here. He's got to be the biggest ***** of a defensive coordinator there has ever been (play call wise.)

He had vanilla play calling and rarely blitzed. His scheme works if you have defensive linemen who can get to the QB but if there is even a doubt about their ability to pass rush, your defense is going to get exposed big time.
