Have any of you seen that Metal Evolution documentary on VH1 classic? It breaks down all the genres of metal music - pretty good documentary series.

It gave me a newfound appreciation for Motorhead...

I like the direction Meshuggah went in with Koloss so far from the two new songs I've heard. It's not as technical as their previous work but it's more groove-infused which is something different. It's also mind-numbingly heavy, heavier than their past work at least in my opinion.

And I finally got around to buying White Arms of Athena - Astrodrama.
