Worst kept secret out there. Wonder why Crab wanted to wait so long to make it official. Anyways, can't wait to see him next year. I hope he goes somewhere where he can make plays....IE not to Oakland!

He waited for the flood of underclassmen to die down and the buzz to go away so that way his announcement seemed much bigger than it really is.

What does color have to do with anything at QB?
You wanna bring up color, what about HB or CB?

If they started letting white people play RB and CB then where would we get all our blocking FBs and coverage safeties?

Well, as of right now my fellow Black QBs are often stereotyped as having physical talent but short on the mental aspects of the game, and I just want them to start breaking those stereotypes, but as teh years go by the stereotype gets played up even more, though in moer subtle fashions

It's clear that crab was going to declare...He's from the hood, One of my partners flew to miami with them where they were picked up by arenas, and it was clear that he was going to the NFL after thsio year

Wasn't the hole purpose of making the "2009 NFL Draft Official Early Entries Thread" was so there wouldn't be threads on every underclassman that declared?

I still wouldn't be surprised to see the Browns move Edwards for a mid to late first round pick, draft Crabtree at 5 if he is there, and then draft BPA on defense with their other first and their second round pick.

Do you actually think that you will get a 1st round pick, even a late one, for a guy coming off the year that Braylon Edwards had. I don't think you will at best a 2nd.
I like Crabtree but I question his physical package at 6'1" 210 with 4.5 [40] speed will he be able to do what he did in college against CBs that are bigger and faster then him?
I don't see the Raiders drafting him they have possession type WRs and Al Davis loves Maclin, Harvin speed.
