Yet again another reason why one should refer to the Forum Mock Offseason for future free agent signings.

The Lions deserve every bad thing that happens to them. I hate them.
That doesn't look credible at all. I'm gonna wait to make any judgements on this, until someone like ESPN reports this.
Good signing.
I like Furrey, but Curtis has more upside.

Same here. The last thing to be reported on the MLive.com Lions blog was this...
Rams receiver Kevin Curtis did not sign a contract as of early Sunday evening, but Curtis is planning on spending the night in Detroit. Negotiations are continuing, but nothing appears imminent at this point.
The Lions will continue to see a deal on Monday and it's likely one will be struck. The Lions want Curtis to be their No. 2 receiver and Curtis, according to several sources, has told friends he wants to play in Detroit where he'd be reunited with coordinator Mike Martz.
That was cited on Rotoworld as of 7:13pm EST and nothing new has been mentioned on MLive, Roto, or anywhere else I can find.

Not exactly the most rock-solid of sources. Kind of like that "Sources close to RaidersFans.com" thing yesterday.

Another member of the Rams joining Martz's offense in Detroit
Refer to Lions WMD on this matter.
I don't get it, but okay.
Here's a little blurb from Kowalski's blog on MLive:
Kevin Curtis remains unsigned, but talks continue

Oh, and the Lions are also bringing in Shaun McDonald for a visit. The end could be near for Mike Williams.

Man, I hope so, as long as the cap hit isn't too bad. Maybe just maybe they can get something back for him; if they could get a 5th-rounder for James Hall then maybe they could.

I'd say Furrey's 98 catches for almost 1100 yards last year gives him an early lead. (http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playerpages/player_main.aspx?sport=NFL&leaguenum=&id=411)

Yeah, I dont think this is true yet but could come true in the upcoming day. Its not on ESPN,NFL,Lions website so. I would hate the lions more if they work the deal out for him.

Oh well, another player the Lions took from my Vikes, like last year when the Lions took Sims ahead of us. You know how the saying goes; plenty of more beagles in the sky or whatever.

Receiver Curtis expected to leave Detroit without signing (http://www.detnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070305/UPDATE/703050393/1126/rss14)
Mike O'Hara / The Detroit News

ALLEN PARK -- Kevin Curtis, a free agent receiver coveted by the Lions, is expected to leave town today without signing a contract.
Curtis visited the Lions' coaching staff and front office over the weekend after first visiting with the Minnesota Vikings.
Curtis played four seasons with the St. Louis Rams and has a strong connection to Lions offensive coordinator Mike Martz, the Rams' former head coach. Curtis played his first three seasons under Martz.
The Lions have signed one free agent -- defensive end Dewayne White of Tampa Bay.
He is heading to New York tonight to talk with the Giants.
