What wild game have you eaten? Was it good?

I've been to South Africa twice and have eaten Crocodile,Springbok,I think Impala,(or it could have been some other type of antelope)and Kudu.

The Crocodile was excellent, truly great,California needs some Alligator farms. The Springbok was also pretty good, the Impala was ok and the Kudu was awful. It was dry and just tasted horrible I don't know if it was cooked bad or what but I wouldn't suggest eating Kudu.

I also recently ate some Buffalo jerky that was quite good as well.

Venison, Turkey, Gator, Hog, Rabbit, Quail, Buffalo, Salmon and then some other fish that I can't recall at the moment.

It's the best. Period. I wish I had a ton of land to hunt on because I would eat it all the time.

I don't consider caviar, tuna or catfish wild game although I've eaten all three.
I've had, wild hog, gator, venison, wild turkey (to include the one that comes in a bottle) squirrel, quail, octopus, rabbit, antelope, moose, duck, duck, goose (I hope you all get that one), and to top it all off rattlesnake.

I was stuck in the woods, and it was all I could take down with my bare hands...

honestly though, I had it probably 5-6 years ago, and it might have been another type of bear. I don't remember.

Buffalo (fantastic), ostrich, quail, pig, and something else I'm blanking on, plus tons of fish. I'd like to expand on that list though, think I'll try alligator next time I get the shot.
