Interesting. I love how the headline in the News jumps to the conclusion that he was told he would be the backup to Culpepper. I think there is a difference between saying "he is going to backup Culpepper" and "he has always been a backup so that's what our offer to him amounted to."
I'm a little surprised but not shocked.
Good riddance, you suck, get as far away from Detroit as possible.

Where is he going to find a starting job? He would've been the Lions starter after week two when the new staff finally realized how awful Culpepper is.

This is a mistake. Orlovsky looked much better starting for us then Culpepper did. Honestly Dan-O has never been treated fairly here and I hope he latches on somewhere else.
