He had a great combine.

Was the biggest ILB there, above avg in most drills, showed he's healthy.

Brinkley will be a gem in this years draft IMO he has great upper body strength and a sure tackler..as for his stock it may have rose a tad..but not much

I think he helped himself weighing in at 252 pounds.

This year's Xavior Adibi. He looked solid and even got a bump from Jamie Dukes on NFLN.

So yeah, I think he did himself well this week.

he earned himself a truck of money on the combine. imo he is a guy that won two rounds in the combine from a late fourth to a late second.

If my team needed a MLB I would be all over him. If you saw how amazingly good he was before his 2007 injury, youd know it's worth a chance that he'll regain that form. If he never regains that form, he should still be pretty darn good.

He could sneak into the 1st round, but I'm confident he won't last past the middle of the 2nd round.

In the right scheme, which should be any defensive system, he could be a beast.

Brinkley is absolutely a 1st round talent, it will be interesting to see if an NFL team picks him as such.

Maybe speed wise at the combine..but Brinkley is no where near as athletic as Adibi was last year

I want to pick up Brinkley to team with Willis in the 3-4

I was about to say that I think Brinkley's best fit would be a as a 3-4 ILB, but he'll be a beast as that.

He's been just about everyones "draft steal" for a few months now. a lot of people in their mock drafts had him going to their respective teams in the mid-later rounds....now with him showing he is completely healthy, I don't think he's on the board at the end of the 3rd round.

He'll be a beast in the Middle for whoever drafts him.

Scary to think of but I dont see it happening if TKO comes back.

I remember hearing from a few places that though he wasn't even a draftable prospect a few months ago...bet they feel silly.

I agree that he's going to be at his best as a 3-4 ILB. Plenty of teams could use one of those and in the 3rd round or I could see someone picking him up.

Talk of the early 2nd or even 1st round is still pretty silly....I just don't see taht happening. Maybe he could creep into the late 2nd...

Want him in New England. Perfect compliment to Mayo.

I think he would also be a great fit in New York (the Jets) and Miami (if Crowder leaves via free agency). Good thumper in the middle. I see a bigger Curtis Lofton.

Yeah it helped him from being a 5th rounder to maybe a 4th or possibly a 3rd.

Nice avatar by the way....it shows how much the Steelers are cheap shot thugs who get a free pass from the NFL and naive fans.

Evidence of that has been in the last two Super Bowls where they received OBVIOUS and predictable PREFERENTIAL treatment from the officials.

The NFL and their blatant and biased officiating are starting to become a sick and hypocritcal joke.

I would love to have him in New York. Looks like Miami won't be a destination with Crowder re-signing.
