Who would you pick if you could only pick from teams in our division (I know hard division to have to pick a player from!?)

Thoughts??

Jeez, this would probably be easier in any other division. I'd still probably go with Haloti Ngata. He's younger and less lazy than pro bowler Shaun Rogers. Thats a fairly flimsy reason, but its the best I could come up with the sheer quality among the players listed.

Tough choices. Starting a new team, the guys gotta be young enough to have a future. Gotta love what guys like woodley and suggs do rushing the passer and ngata is a dominant dlimeman. Can't go wring with any, so I'll be the homer and take woodley.

Ngata, go with your franchise NT right away.

I'll go with Ngata. I believe that you need to build your team through the trenches on both sides of the ball. Suggs and Woodley would be close seconds because of their age and ability, with Suggs slightly ahead because of his better coverage skills.
