What is with the recent insistence of Detroit taking Freeman at #20 or #33? If they go QB with any of their first 5 picks, they'll do it at #1.

Solid two rounder for the Chiefs.

love the patriots second round.... but that first pick is bad. pettigrew is too slow, even tho he is a really good blocker. but, if aaron maybin is there, he is too talented to pass up over a TE

I personally might prefer Ayers over Jackson but still solid

after his struggles at the combine, i do not think clint sintim will touch the 1st round. I'd rather go Clay Matthews at this point if nicks is off the board. britt is a decent 2nd round pick but is not a dominant #1 we are truly searching for.

i disagree with Stafford falling that far and to the bills. Edwards is now in his 3rd year and he has proved slightly that when he is healthy he can be a good QB in this league. They have a decent team, i do not think they would start over with a new QB. Even if Stafford is not picked by the lions, he is going in the top 10- i think there is no doubt about it

Give us Raji and Britt

I don't like the Bears first rounder. The 2nd is ok.

Britton is too much like Chris Williams who we just drafted last year in that they are both athletic, pass blocking LTs. We like having a bigger, more physical run blocker for the RT spot. The only way I see us taking one in the first round is if it's Oher who falls.

Give me Nicks there and I'll be pretty happy.

Browns Needs:

1. Rush Linebacker: I love Maybin in the 2nd! but...
2. Defensive End:
3. Inside Linebacker:
4. Running Back:
5. Right Tackle:
6. Wide Receiver:
7. Cornerback:
After a very slow start, Brandon McDonald played pretty well down the stretch across from Eric Wright. McDonald can still be upgraded and depth is needed, but corner is not a major need for the Browns at this moment. W.C.
8. Center:

Horrible Falcons first rounder. we have ZERO NEED for a WR.

Beanie Wells in the 1st for the Colts is weird, but I am not against it. Barden in the 2nd is something I have a hard time seeing Bill Polian do but again I am not against it.

Ehh, I dont want Stafford, and if he was on the board, we wouldn't take him. Different though.

I prefer Maybin to Mathews for his pass rushing skills, but its a solid cardinals draft either way

A little different but I guess I don't mind the Vikes trading up for Brown, if they address the RT spot in free agency. Having Everette Brown opposite of Jared Allen would be pretty cool, it would be an amazing pass rush. Good second round pick too.

still an acceptable giants mock, i agree with what was said earlier by hugemenfan but Sintim would still be a good fit for our system.

I can't even explain how terrible of a Packers draft that is.

The trade down + picks make that Texans draft spectacular.

yeah, it's to get needs right. and you completely failed for Atlanta. we won't take a player at a position we don't need. that includes WR.

with that train of thought though, i would rather stay put and take larry english and keep our third rounder

That wasn't directed at you. I know that receiver isn't in the top 5 needs for Atlanta, but do you really pass on Harvin as a slot receiver/return guy if he falls to you there? Safety, tight end and outside linebacker are all first-round needs but who do you pick there without a trade? Laurinaitis? I feel like you're better off with Harvin and then Freeman in the 2nd. I understand the lack of positional need, but it's not as unreal as it can get.

You can read the mock backwards on the NFLDC forums all you want, but once it's draft day you don't have quite the same fortune

um, completely forgetting NT and DE are we? but WR IS NOT A NEED AT ALL. that's what you don't get. when I say not a need I mean we are 5 deep there and don't need any WR's in the entire draft. And yes, we pass on Harvin. he won't help us. we have a guy to be our slot/return man in Douglas. we get NT Ron Brace in this situation. but thanks for proving how little you know of Atlanta. we're not Denver. we won't take a WR when we don't need one.

not big on the colts draft, we dont need to use our first on a running back and barden doesn't phase me as good pick up for us

Nicks is an ok pick, but if we pass on Maualuga AND Sean Smith, I will go friggin' NUTS!!!

In other words, I would probably prefer Sean Smith at 25 because of the re-signing of Crowder. Then I would take Britt over Byrd in the 2nd. Barwin is a solid pick.

I don't get why we'd trade up to get Brown. I like Brown, but DE isn't a huge need. I'd rather stay put and take English. I like the 2nd though.
