So today the twist man was at the track betting on ponies like he does every weekend and I walked by the bar and saw a man with an odd coat on. It had question marks all over and it hit me it was that tax guy from late night TV infomercials.

http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h145/Twista6002/IMG_0156-pp.jpg

So I sat down and had a few beers, well I had a few beers he was drinking a white Russian, we talked about our picks. Dude is quite the handicapper

Isn't that the most awesome thing ever?

I dont believe it.

I didn't take any pics, but I swear on my life. Dude is a lawyer and quite intelligent. He doesn't bet harness racing much like I do, but he was explaining the mathematics of horse racing and the dude is a wiz. Had to be one of the most interesting people I've ever met. Very good gambler too

Meadowlands Race track, East Rutherford, NJ. He told me he was staying in NoJers for some meeting in NYC, but he usually lives in DC.

LOL I honestly didn't ask for his name. We made eye contact for a few seconds and he asked "you ever watch late night TV? Yep, that's me"

Sounds romantic.

Why would anyone lie about meeting this guy lol. I really doubt he's lying about meeting someone so unimportant.

If it was someone even close to cool I could understand you being suspicious.

Yeah seriously. Not to mention you run into famous people all the time if your in the right area.

I've met Jason Kidd as he was walking out of a restaurant and Sasha Baron Cohen in New York.

Didn't say much, but I had a couple words, just was like hey, congrats on everything.

Not that crazy.

It's his trademark. If you ever meet him, you'll know he's a very flamboyant person. If he wore anything else, it would be like Tom Landry not wearing his hat or Jack Nicholson not wearing sunglasses.

He was out with his wife and what I guess was his kid. Didn't want to be bothersome.

Except that that dude is no where near the level of recognition as Tom Landry or Jack Nicholson, so bad analogy.

IDK why he would lie, but I am going to bet on the side of twista lying about meeting someone instead of Mathew Lesko lying to some random kid about being a lawyer when he is not; plus I highly doubt Mr. Lesko actually wears his question mark suit out in public, that is ******* stupid.

any publicity is good publicity, whatever it takes to get people talking about you is worth doing. There is no doubt in my mind that this guy wears that jacket everywhere, at least when he's going to a public place, and especially a place where money is involved. whether this story is true or not is another question.

Not that crazy.

Yeah this past Christmas I went to Hawaii right around the time of the Mercedez Benz golf tournament which I believe was the first event of the golf season. Anyways, I stayed on the golf course in a condo and I was right down the road from the Ritz Carleton where all the celebrities who had come with their families for Christmas and to see a little golf were staying. So one day I was at the hotel beach and this guy who looks really familiar and his kids come up beside me while I'm in the water. I had heard that a few Yankees were staying at the hotel along with a few other celebrities. I was 99% sure it was Jorge Posada, but I didn't want to ask him because it was kind of an awkward situation what with the waves crashing down on us and him playing with his kids and all. So later that day I'm sitting at the bar and he comes up and sits right beside me. Turns out it was him and we talked for a little bit before he finished his lunch and left. He was a pretty cool guy. Oh and his wife is a babe.

I don't see why anybody is saying that this guy isn't telling the truth...I mean even if he isn't, it's ******* Matt Lesko (whose name I didn't even know until this thread).

He was going to New York to next morning and was staying in Jersey. He usually lives in DC (which is a lot smellier than Jersey) and he always wears his trademark suit, especially when he knows people he's going to be around have money.

And like I said, twista never lies. If I were to lie, I'd make up something awesome like meeting Joe Pesci or James Gandolfini
