If we got Either I would be fine with it. Well as long as we do not over pay

I'm fine with overpaying, especially for Holt.

He's a year removed from being a consistent 1000 yard, 8 td guy.

Not sure if I would overpay for either. I wouldn't go out of my way to jump on those guys...

Holt still has a year or two of high production left in him. Not to mention he's one of the best route runners in NFL history. He would be a huge gain for Flacco.

I want to get one of those guys. Like it said with our running game teams will leave them one on one and a guy like Harrison can exploit that. I say lets do it.

Harrison would be a waste for us to bring in. His route running is great. But we need a burner that can get behind the defense, he is not that guy and Holt really isnt that guy either unfortunately.

There are a million guys who can run in straight lines.

Draft Johnny Knox, the guy who ran a 4.25

We need a guy who can score touchdowns and catch passes.

Holt and Harrison have done that better over the years than just about anyone.

Thats just the thing though.. Harrison is past his prime lets not pay for previous performance and Holt is got a ton of tread on the tires, not sure he is the same guy he was 2 years ago that caught for over 1000yds and 8 TD's

To we really need a veteran WR?

I think our Money could have more impact with drafting a good WR!

I would prefer us going WR instead of BPA in the draft, rather than bring in ANOTHER old vet and draft BPA. However, if this rumor has any truth to it, it'd better be Holt.

I agree that it better be Holt. He actually brings more of a vertical presence than Harrison, and he's younger while having almost as good hands.

If we could get a one year deal with Holt, I'd be pleased, but I have little to no interest in Marvin.

I doubt Holt goes anywhere on a one year deal. He is not 35 so he can be a serviceable WR for a few seasons. I wouldn't mind bringing him in if there were no other options. But we would have to do some really crafty work with his contract to make bringing him in and drafting a good WR in the 1st..

I don't really want either of them, neither gives us what we need.
