Is there a way to download youtube clips?

Just wondering if there's some way i could download either an entire video off youtube or at least just the audio so I can put one of my favorite speeches on my iPod. Thanks for any help in advance.

I should've mentioned that I have a mac. But thanks for the help, worst case scenario I'll wait til spring break is up and use my buddies PC once I'm back on campus.
