I thought lets reverse the process. Lets pick the best fit for the top 32 players (as by scott) with only the first round picking teams obviously.

1. Matthew Stafford QB Georgia Detroit Lions
2. Aaron Curry OLB Wake Forest Tampa Bay Bucs
3. Jason Smith OT Baylor St Louis Rams
4. Michael Crabtree WR Texas Tech New York Giants
5. Eugene Monroe OT Virginia Pittsburgh Steelers
6. B.J. Raji DT Boston College Atlanta Falcons
7. Malcolm Jenkins CB Ohio St. New England Patriots
8. Brian Orakpo DE Texas Kansas City
9. Jeremy Maclin WR Missouri Miami Dolphins
10. Chris Wells RB Ohio St. Arizona Cardinals
11. Michael Oher OT Ole Miss Jacksonville Jaguars
12. Mark Sanchez QB USC New York Jets
13. Brandon Pettigrew TE Oklahoma St. Philadelphia Eagles
14. Andre Smith OT Alabama Cincinatti Bengals
15. Vontae Davis CB Illinois Baltimore Ravens
16. Everette Brown DE Florida St. Green Bay Packers
17. Rey Maualuga ILB USC San Diego Chargers
18. Percy Harvin WR Florida Indianapolis Colts
19. Tyson Jackson DE L.S.U. Washington Redskins
20. Brian Cushing OLB USC Cleveland Browns
21. Darrius Heyward-Bey WR Maryland Oakland Raiders
22. Peria Jerry DT Ole Miss Seattle Seahawks
23. Knowshon Moreno RB Georgia Philadelphia Eagles
24. James Laurinaitis ILB Ohio St. Detroit Lions
25. Aaron Maybin DE Penn St. Buffalo Bills
26. Alphonso Smith CB Wake Forest Minnesota Vikings
27. Larry English DE Northern Illinois Chicago Bears
28. Josh Freeman QB Kansas St. San Francisco 49ers
29. Clay Matthews OLB USC Denver Broncos
30. Clint Sintim OLB Virginia Houston Texans
31. LeSean McCoy RB Pittsburgh Arizona Cardinals
32. Louis Delmas S Western Michigan New Orleans Saints

I personally dont agree with the 32 and there are guys that wont be taken in the first but it is kinda tough to match everyone up.

Peria Jerry to Seattle especially after what they've done at DT so far this offseason? LOL.

Edit: Even if it's just for fun it makes no sense = P

I guess English to the Bears works? Thats kinda confusing, heh.

Sanchez to the Jets is a little confusing. Just because he'll have the opportunity to start? Because I almost think he'd be forced into starting a little too early and that could cause an issue...unless you think he's capable of stepping in right away. The lack of a #1 WR hurts as well, though almost everything else is in place (run game, TE, OL...).

He didnt have a real #1 wideout at SC and yeah i actually think he can start right away with you guys. To be honoust it is a perfect situation for a qb starting right away (something i am not a fan of in general, see my freeman to the niners pick where he can mature behind hill)

Well then, makes more sense. I do think our WR situation is considerably worse right now for the pro level then USC's was for the college level, but I get your point. It's just that in the passing game right now we have Cotchery, Keller, and pretty much a bunch of question marks though Stuckey has shown he can at least be a contributor. Interesting idea, by the way.

Wow... EPIC FAIL for the Dolphins. How do you figure Maclin is the best fit for us? Every receiver we have is a small, fast guy. We need a bigger guy to complement them and Maclin brings nothing new to our offense. He is a slightly bigger version of Ted Ginn.

Our best fit as a player, would probably be either a big corner like Davis or an OLB like Brian Cushing.

Curry in NY is an even better fit than Crabs in NY. Curry-Pierce-Boley, jesus our front seven would be horrifying.

I'm confused how Peria Jerry has his best fit on the Seattle Seahawks...

I understand the concept, but some of the execution leaves something to be desired...

Not trying to hijack the thread or anything, but I also don't want to start a new one, so here's how my top ten would look given the same concept:

1. Matthew Stafford - Buccaneers - location + starting job
2. Aaron Curry - Saints - location + scheme fit
3. Jason Smith - Cardinals - location + starting job
4. Michael Crabtree - Giants - #1 WR + great team
5. Eugene Monroe - Steelers - starting job + great team
6. B.J. Raji - Dolphins - location + scheme fit
7. Malcolm Jenkins - Patriots - starting job + great team
8. Brian Orakpo - Redskins - playing time
9. Jeremy Maclin - Colts - playing time + Peyton Manning
10. Chris Wells - Browns - hometown + playing time

This would actually be wildly entertaining when you think about it, assuming the draft order is the order that the players are ranked. Kind of like recruiting, except some unlucky SOB gets stuck with Detroit or Buffalo at #32.
